ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Manager, Premium Products will support the growth and execution of CLEAR's premium experiences portfolio, including CLEAR Concierge. This role will serve as the day-to-day business lead across partner management, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives to ensure exceptional member experiences and scalable growth.
What you'll do:
- Quarterback the ongoing development and day-to-day execution of the CLEAR Concierge cross-functional roadmap, enabling growth while ensuring the team delivers a seamless member experience at scale
- Support go-to-market initiatives for premium offerings, including project and partner coordination, launch execution, and ongoing optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering to drive execution against business priorities
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to expand customer value and service offerings, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for external partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and execution across initiatives
- Operationalize partnerships and manage ongoing partner success and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve existing premium experiences and support the launch of new services across CLEAR's physical and digital footprint
- Track business performance, customer insights, and operational trends to recommend improvements that drive growth and customer satisfaction

COMPENSATION

The total compensation range for this role is $150,000.00 - $185,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.
