JOB SUMMARY
Flighthouse is seeking an Influencer Coordinator (Brand) to support the planning and execution of creator-led brand campaigns. This role sits at the center of our influencer marketing operations: helping identify creators, coordinate campaign logistics, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth communication between creators, agents, internal teams, and brand partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with social platforms and creator culture. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination:
- Support the execution of influencer and creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Assist with creator sourcing and outreach based on campaign goals, audience targets, and brand fit
- Coordinate creator onboarding, briefing, and contracting in collaboration with internal teams
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and posting schedules
- Ensure creator content aligns with campaign guidelines, brand safety standards, and platform best practices
Creator & Talent Management:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for creators, agents, and managers during active campaigns
- Maintain organized records of creator communication, deliverables, and campaign status
- Monitor creator posts to ensure content goes live according to campaign schedules
- Help manage creator lists, databases, and internal tracking systems
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with Brand Partnerships, Creative, and Production teams to support campaign execution
- Assist in preparing creator recommendations and campaign planning materials
- Support the organization of campaign assets, creator deliverables, and approval workflows
- Help compile campaign reports and performance recaps for internal teams and clients
Cultural & Platform Awareness:
- Stay informed on emerging creators, viral trends, and platform updates across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Maintain familiarity with the creator landscape and influencer ecosystem
- Contribute ideas for creators or cultural opportunities that could elevate upcoming campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the broader creator economy
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with creators, talent agents, and brand teams
- Familiarity with influencer campaign management tools is a plus
