- Refine and enhance the business context mapping within AI analytics solutions to ensure data products remain accurate, relevant, and continuously evolve to meet changing organizational needs.
- Build conversational BI interfaces that enable natural language querying of company data.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure AI analytics solutions are built with robust security and access controls.
- Create automated insight generation systems that proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in business data.
- Develop augmented analytics capabilities that assist users with data preparation, analysis, and interpretation.
- Partner with teams across the organization to gather business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into effective technical analytics solutions.
- Lead the full product lifecycle for analytics solutions, from concept to deployment, by defining requirements, prioritizing features, gathering user feedback, and driving continuous improvement to ensure solutions deliver maximum business value.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, enablement resources, and product roadmaps to drive adoption, educate users on AI-powered analytics capabilities, and communicate the strategic vision for data solutions across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and demonstrated passion for data-driven problem solving.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with demonstrated use of AI tools in your daily work.
- Strong proficiency with Snowflake, including complex SQL queries and experience implementing AI/ML capabilities within the Snowflake ecosystem (particularly Snowflake Cortex).
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and experience building conversational AI interfaces for business analytics applications.
- Outstanding communication abilities that transform complex technical concepts into concise, clear explanations for stakeholders of all levels.
- Quick learner with exceptional business acumen and ability to rapidly understand metrics across multiple domains including HR, IT, Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Partner operations.

Job Roles at CrowdStrike Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in CrowdStrike Visa Sponsorship USA
Target security-focused engineering roles
CrowdStrike's core business is endpoint protection and threat intelligence, so software engineers, detection engineers, and cloud infrastructure roles are where sponsorship activity is most concentrated. Align your application to these technical pillars for the best shot.
Highlight clearance eligibility if applicable
CrowdStrike works extensively with government and defense clients. Candidates who are eligible for U.S. security clearances, or who already hold one, stand out in a competitive applicant pool, even for roles that don't explicitly require it upfront.
Use Migrate Mate to verify open sponsored roles
Not every CrowdStrike job listing explicitly states visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify which CrowdStrike roles are actively open to international candidates.
Prepare for a technical-heavy interview process
CrowdStrike's hiring bar in engineering and security is high. Expect multiple technical rounds covering systems design, threat modeling, or coding. A strong technical performance is often the deciding factor when sponsorship is on the table.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CrowdStrike sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, CrowdStrike sponsors H-1B visas and has a consistent track record of doing so across its engineering, security research, and product teams. If you're currently on OPT or another nonimmigrant status, it's worth targeting roles in these departments specifically, as they reflect the bulk of CrowdStrike's sponsored positions.
Which visa types does CrowdStrike sponsor?
CrowdStrike sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1. This breadth makes it accessible to international candidates at multiple stages, from students completing degrees to experienced professionals seeking permanent residence pathways.
Which departments or roles at CrowdStrike are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at CrowdStrike is most common in technical functions: software engineering, threat intelligence, cloud security, and data science. These roles align directly with the company's core cybersecurity products. Corporate functions like sales or HR are less frequently sponsored, so prioritize roles where technical depth is the primary qualification.
What does the sponsorship and hiring timeline look like at CrowdStrike?
CrowdStrike's interview process typically involves a recruiter screen, technical assessments, and panel interviews, often spanning three to six weeks. If you need H-1B sponsorship, the employer must file your petition by April 1 for an October start. Factor this into your job search timeline, especially if your current status has an expiration date.
How do I find CrowdStrike jobs that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for CrowdStrike on Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship history and surfaces open roles from confirmed sponsors. This saves you from applying to listings where sponsorship isn't actually available, a common frustration when job hunting as an international candidate in the U.S.
