Document your supply chain customer experience
Before applying, compile examples of resolving order disputes, managing dealer escalations, or coordinating with distribution teams. Dealer Tire's customer support roles operate in a wholesale automotive context, so evidence of B2B or distribution experience strengthens your petition.
Target roles requiring dealer-facing responsibilities
Dealer Tire's sponsorship activity for this function concentrates in roles that support its wholesale tire distribution network. Prioritize job postings that mention dealer account management, parts order support, or OEM program coordination over general call center openings.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 PERM timeline
Dealer Tire sponsors through the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, both requiring PERM labor certification filed with DOL first. That process alone can run six months or longer before USCIS receives the petition, so factor this into your employment planning.
Ask explicitly about sponsorship during interviews
Distribution companies often handle sponsorship case by case rather than through a blanket policy. Raise the question after receiving a verbal offer, not during early screening, and ask whether the company works with outside immigration counsel to manage PERM filings.
Align your degree field to the posted requirements
PERM certification requires the employer to advertise the role's minimum qualifications. If Dealer Tire lists a specific degree field, your credentials need to match on paper. A mismatch between your transcript and the job description can stall or derail the PERM recruitment process.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by sponsorship
Dealer Tire posts Customer Support openings regularly across multiple locations. Use Migrate Mate to surface only the positions where sponsorship has been confirmed, so you're not spending time on applications that won't lead to a petition.

Find Customer Support at Dealer Tire JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dealer Tire sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Support roles?
Dealer Tire's sponsorship activity for Customer Support is concentrated in the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories rather than H-1B. The H-1B is typically reserved for specialty occupations requiring a directly related degree, and customer support roles in wholesale distribution often don't clear that threshold. If you're targeting Dealer Tire, the immigrant visa pathway is the more realistic route to pursue.
Which visa types does Dealer Tire commonly use for Customer Support positions?
Dealer Tire uses the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based immigrant visa categories for Customer Support sponsorship. EB-3 is the more common fit for these roles, covering skilled workers with at least two years of relevant training or experience. EB-2 applies when the position requires an advanced degree or demonstrates exceptional ability. Both require PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor before USCIS adjudication.
What qualifications or experience does Dealer Tire expect for Customer Support roles?
Dealer Tire's Customer Support positions are built around its wholesale tire distribution model, so familiarity with dealer networks, parts ordering systems, or automotive supply chain operations carries real weight. Strong candidates typically bring B2B account management experience, proficiency in order management or CRM platforms, and the ability to coordinate between dealers and internal distribution teams. A bachelor's degree is listed as a requirement on many postings.
How do I apply for Customer Support jobs at Dealer Tire?
You can browse and apply for Customer Support openings at Dealer Tire directly through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where sponsorship is confirmed. Before applying, review the job description carefully for degree and experience requirements, since these become the basis for any PERM filing. Tailoring your resume to reflect distribution or dealer-facing experience gives your application the clearest path through their hiring process.
How long does the sponsorship process take if Dealer Tire extends an offer?
If Dealer Tire agrees to sponsor through the EB-2 or EB-3 category, expect the PERM labor certification process to run six to twelve months with the Department of Labor before the I-140 petition reaches USCIS. After USCIS approval, your wait for a visa number depends on your country of birth and the State Department's monthly priority date bulletin. Applicants born in India or China face significantly longer backlogs than other nationalities.
