Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Customer Service Management Jobs at Dealer Tire Jobs
Frame your credentials around supply chain service
Dealer Tire operates in wholesale tire distribution, so your resume should connect customer service management experience directly to distribution workflows, dealer account management, or B2B service operations rather than retail or consumer-facing contexts.
Target roles that sit above frontline supervision
Dealer Tire's sponsorship activity for this function concentrates at the management level, not entry-level service roles. Pursue positions with explicit P&L, team leadership, or dealer relationship scope to reach the threshold where sponsorship becomes a realistic conversation.
Ask about PERM eligibility before accepting an offer
Dealer Tire's sponsorship history for Customer Service Management runs through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways, both of which require PERM labor certification. Confirm during the offer stage whether the role is designated as sponsorship-eligible and what the company's typical PERM timeline looks like.
Understand the PERM prevailing wage requirement early
DOL sets prevailing wage levels for every PERM-sponsored role by job title and location. For a management position in wholesale distribution, verify your offered salary meets the applicable wage level before the labor certification process begins to avoid delays.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active openings by sponsorship type
Dealer Tire posts Customer Service Management roles across multiple locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for positions where EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship has been associated with the role, saving time you'd otherwise spend vetting each listing manually.
Prepare for a priority date gap if you're from India or China
EB-2 and EB-3 backlogs for India-born applicants can stretch years beyond the PERM approval date. Factor this into your planning by checking the USCIS Visa Bulletin before your final decision and discussing with your employer how status continuity will be maintained during that period.

Find Customer Service Management at Dealer Tire JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dealer Tire sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
Dealer Tire's documented sponsorship activity for Customer Service Management roles runs through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways rather than H-1B. H-1B sponsorship is not commonly associated with this function at the company. If you're currently on an H-1B with another employer, a Green Card-track offer from Dealer Tire would likely require a separate PERM process initiated after you join.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Service Management roles at Dealer Tire?
Dealer Tire sponsors Customer Service Management roles through the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, both of which lead to a Green Card via PERM labor certification. EB-2 typically requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers professionals with a bachelor's degree. The right category depends on your qualifications and the specific role requirements.
What qualifications and experience does Dealer Tire expect for Customer Service Management roles?
Dealer Tire operates in wholesale tire distribution with a dealer and fleet client base, so relevant experience in B2B account management, distribution operations, or wholesale service environments is valued. A bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field typically satisfies the EB-3 education requirement. Management-level roles generally require demonstrated team leadership and measurable service performance outcomes.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Customer Service Management role at Dealer Tire?
The PERM labor certification process alone typically takes six months to over a year with the DOL. After PERM approval, USCIS adjudicates the I-140 petition, which can take several additional months without premium processing. Depending on your country of birth, a priority date backlog may extend total Green Card timelines significantly. Starting early and aligning with your employer on status continuity is essential.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at Dealer Tire?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Customer Service Management openings at Dealer Tire that are associated with visa sponsorship history, filtering out roles where sponsorship is unlikely. From there, applications go through Dealer Tire's standard hiring process. Tailor your application to highlight distribution or wholesale service experience, and raise sponsorship directly with the recruiter once you reach the interview stage.
