Frame Your Distribution Experience Precisely
EB-2 and EB-3 petitions require a clear match between your credentials and the role's stated requirements. Document any wholesale distribution, dealer network, or B2B sales experience in terms that align with how Dealer Tire writes its Sales Representative job descriptions.
Target Territory-Based Openings Strategically
Dealer Tire posts Sales Representative roles tied to specific geographic territories. Applying to regions with fewer qualified local candidates can work in your favor during PERM labor market testing, where DOL requires the employer to show no qualified U.S. workers were available.
Clarify Sponsorship Eligibility Before Final Interviews
Dealer Tire's hiring team for Sales Representative roles operates through a structured pipeline. Raise your sponsorship needs after demonstrating value in early interview rounds, not in the initial application, to avoid being screened out before you can make your case.
Understand the PERM Timeline for Sales Roles
EB-3 sponsorship for Sales Representative positions typically involves PERM labor certification, which runs six to twelve months before USCIS even sees your I-140 petition. Build that timeline into your employment planning so you're not caught between visa status gaps.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Openings
Sales Representative roles at Dealer Tire cycle through multiple territories simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Dealer Tire postings that are actively hiring, so you're applying to roles with open requisitions rather than evergreen listings with no immediate headcount.
Align Your Degree Field to the Role Classification
EB-2 requires your degree to align with the occupational classification Dealer Tire files under. A background in business, supply chain, or marketing maps cleanly to a Sales Representative classification. Misaligned fields can cause USCIS to question the petition's merit.

Find Sales Representative at Dealer Tire JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dealer Tire sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Representatives?
Dealer Tire's documented sponsorship activity for Sales Representative roles falls under employment-based Green Card categories rather than H-1B. Sales Representative positions are generally classified under occupational codes that sit outside the specialty occupation threshold H-1B requires, which typically demands a direct relationship between a specific bachelor's degree field and the role's core duties.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Representative roles at Dealer Tire?
Dealer Tire has sponsored Sales Representatives through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. EB-3 is the more common path for sales roles in distribution and wholesale, as it covers positions requiring a bachelor's degree or two years of training. EB-2 applies when the role demands an advanced degree or the employer can demonstrate exceptional business need.
What qualifications and experience does Dealer Tire expect for Sales Representative roles?
Dealer Tire's Sales Representative roles in its wholesale tire distribution network typically require experience managing dealer or wholesale accounts, familiarity with automotive or related distribution environments, and demonstrated territory revenue performance. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field strengthens both your candidacy and the employer's ability to file an EB-2 or EB-3 petition on your behalf.
How do I apply for Sales Representative jobs at Dealer Tire?
Migrate Mate lists active Sales Representative openings at Dealer Tire filtered for visa sponsorship eligibility, which lets you identify roles with real hiring intent rather than outdated postings. Once you identify a target role, apply directly through Dealer Tire's careers portal and be prepared to discuss your authorization timeline after demonstrating fit in early interview stages.
How do I plan my timeline if Dealer Tire agrees to sponsor my Green Card?
Expect PERM labor certification to take six to twelve months with DOL before your I-140 petition is filed with USCIS. If your priority date is current under the EB-3 category, adjustment of status or consular processing follows. Start the conversation with your hiring manager and HR contact early, since the employer initiates PERM and controls the filing schedule.
