Frame your distribution experience for U.S. wholesale
Dealer Tire operates in B2B tire and auto parts distribution, so translate your sales or service background into that context. Highlight account management, inventory coordination, or dealer-facing support roles before you apply.
Target markets where Dealer Tire has dealer networks
Dealer Tire staffs Service and Sales Representatives regionally around OEM dealer networks. Research which metro markets have active open roles and prioritize those in your applications, since sponsorship decisions are made at the hiring manager level.
Confirm sponsorship intent before your final interview round
Not every open role at Dealer Tire will result in a sponsored petition. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific position has been approved for permanent residency sponsorship before investing in later-stage interviews.
Use Migrate Mate to find open sponsored roles
Identifying which Service and Sales Representative postings at Dealer Tire are tied to sponsorship eligibility takes time manually. Use Migrate Mate to filter Dealer Tire openings by visa sponsorship type and apply directly to the right listings.
Prepare for USCIS standard of proof on specialty occupation
EB-3 filings for sales and service roles require documented evidence that the position requires a specific degree or equivalent experience. Gather transcripts, performance reviews, and employer letters that tie your credentials directly to the job duties.

Find Service & Sales Representative at Dealer Tire JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dealer Tire sponsor H-1B visas for Service & Sales Representatives?
Dealer Tire's documented sponsorship activity for Service and Sales Representative roles is primarily through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways rather than H-1B. The H-1B classification requires a specialty occupation tied to a specific bachelor's degree field, which can be harder to establish for distribution-focused sales and service roles. If you're currently on an H-1B with another employer, a transfer is possible, but confirm Dealer Tire's willingness to support that before proceeding.
How do I apply for Service & Sales Representative jobs at Dealer Tire?
You can browse and apply for Service and Sales Representative openings at Dealer Tire directly through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship eligibility. When you apply, tailor your resume to highlight B2B account management and wholesale distribution experience, since those are the core competencies Dealer Tire evaluates for this function. Be explicit in your cover materials that you require sponsorship so recruiters can route your application correctly.
Which visa types are typically used for Service & Sales Representative roles at Dealer Tire?
Dealer Tire has sponsored permanent residency through the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories for this role. EB-3 is the more common pathway for positions that require a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a skilled trade. Both pathways require a PERM labor certification filed with DOL before an I-140 petition can move forward through USCIS.
What qualifications does Dealer Tire expect for Service & Sales Representative candidates?
Dealer Tire looks for candidates with a background in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale distribution, ideally within the automotive or industrial parts sector. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field strengthens your profile for sponsored pathways. Demonstrated experience managing dealer accounts, coordinating with service teams, and hitting revenue targets is typically more important than tire-specific product knowledge, which Dealer Tire trains internally.
How long does the sponsorship process take for this role at Dealer Tire?
For EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship, expect the PERM labor certification stage alone to take 12 to 18 months through DOL. After PERM approval, Dealer Tire files an I-140 petition with USCIS, which adds several more months depending on processing backlogs and whether premium processing is used. If your priority date is subject to retrogression, the total timeline to a Green Card can extend significantly. Start the conversation with your hiring manager and HR team as early as possible.
