Frame your resume around distribution operations
Dealer Tire's Customer Service teams manage dealer accounts, order fulfillment, and supply chain communication. Tailor your resume to highlight experience with order management systems, B2B client support, or wholesale operations rather than general retail or consumer-facing roles.
Target roles with permanent sponsorship pathways
Dealer Tire's sponsorship history sits in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, both of which require PERM labor certification. Ask recruiters early whether a role is eligible for green card sponsorship, since not every Customer Service position will have the same filing history.
Verify your work authorization timeline before applying
EB-3 PERM processing at DOL can take 12 to 18 months before USCIS even receives the petition. If your current status has a short runway, confirm you have a valid bridge mechanism, such as an H-1B extension or OPT STEM extension, before accepting an offer.
Search open Customer Service roles on Migrate Mate
Dealer Tire posts Customer Service positions across multiple locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Dealer Tire openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility so you're only reviewing roles where sponsorship is on the table.
Understand the PERM prevailing wage requirement
For EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship, your employer must pay at least the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. In wholesale distribution, that wage is determined by your actual job duties, not your job title, so confirm the position description matches your work before the PERM is filed.
Prepare references familiar with distribution workflows
Dealer Tire operates a dealer-facing service model with high transaction volume and account management complexity. References who can speak to your experience handling escalations, coordinating across supply chain teams, or managing high-volume B2B accounts will carry more weight than general customer service references.

Find Customer Service at Dealer Tire JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dealer Tire sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service?
Dealer Tire's documented sponsorship activity for Customer Service roles falls under permanent residence categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3, rather than H-1B. Customer Service positions in distribution and wholesale typically don't meet the specialty occupation threshold required for H-1B classification, which demands a direct relationship between a specific degree field and the role's core duties.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Service roles at Dealer Tire?
EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship are the pathways Dealer Tire has used for Customer Service positions. Both require the employer to complete PERM labor certification through DOL before USCIS adjudicates the petition. EB-3 is the more common route for professional and skilled roles in wholesale distribution where a four-year degree is preferred but not always mandatory.
What qualifications or experience does Dealer Tire expect for Customer Service roles?
Dealer Tire prioritizes candidates with experience in B2B account management, order processing, or supply chain support, ideally within automotive, distribution, or wholesale environments. Proficiency with ERP or order management platforms is frequently referenced in job listings. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field strengthens your application, particularly for roles that may be eligible for EB-2 sponsorship.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Dealer Tire?
You can browse and apply for Customer Service roles at Dealer Tire directly through Migrate Mate, which filters for positions where visa sponsorship is available. Review the job description carefully to confirm the role aligns with your work authorization situation, then apply with a resume tailored to dealer network operations, account coordination, or wholesale fulfillment depending on the specific position.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Customer Service role at Dealer Tire?
For EB-3 sponsorship, expect the PERM labor certification stage alone to take 12 to 18 months at DOL before USCIS receives the I-140 petition. If your priority date is current, adjustment of status can follow, but backlogs for certain nationalities can extend the total timeline significantly. Aligning your current visa status to cover this window is essential before the process begins.
