Frame your credentials around FDA-regulated environments
Customer service roles at Dentsply Sirona require familiarity with complaint handling, adverse event reporting, and quality management systems. Highlight any experience with ISO 13485 or FDA-regulated workflows in your resume before applying.
Target roles bridging clinical and commercial teams
Dentsply Sirona's customer service management positions often sit between sales, clinical education, and operations. Roles managing dental practitioner accounts or coordinating device installations tend to carry clearer specialty occupation arguments, which strengthens an H-1B petition.
Confirm the role qualifies as a specialty occupation
Not every customer service management title clears the USCIS specialty occupation bar. Before accepting an offer, verify the job description requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field, not just any degree, so the H-1B petition is defensible.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open sponsorship-eligible roles
Dentsply Sirona posts across multiple divisions with inconsistent job titles. Search Migrate Mate to filter Customer Service Management openings by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you're targeting positions the company has historically filed for.
Ask hiring managers about LCA filing timelines early
The Labor Condition Application must be certified by the DOL before Dentsply Sirona can file your H-1B petition. Raise the LCA timeline during offer negotiations, not after signing, so you can plan your start date around the processing window.
Secure OPT or CPT authorization before your program ends
F-1 students targeting Dentsply Sirona should apply for OPT through their DSO well before graduation. A valid EAD lets you start working without waiting for H-1B approval, giving you up to three years of authorized employment before the cap-subject H-1B filing.

Find Customer Service Management at Dentsply Sirona JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dentsply Sirona sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
Yes, Dentsply Sirona sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Service Management roles, though sponsorship is more consistently offered for positions with a clear specialty occupation argument, such as roles requiring a degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. Your best approach is to confirm sponsorship intent during the initial recruiter conversation rather than assuming it applies to every open role.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Service Management roles at Dentsply Sirona?
H-1B is the most common pathway for Customer Service Management positions at Dentsply Sirona. The company also sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or professional categories, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for longer-term employees moving toward permanent residence.
What qualifications and experience does Dentsply Sirona expect for Customer Service Management roles?
Dentsply Sirona typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, combined with experience managing customer-facing teams in a medical device or regulated healthcare environment. Familiarity with complaint management systems, B2B account structures, and FDA quality requirements strengthens your application considerably.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at Dentsply Sirona?
You can browse and apply for Customer Service Management openings at Dentsply Sirona through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can focus only on positions relevant to your situation. Once you identify a role, apply directly through Dentsply Sirona's careers portal and flag your visa requirements clearly in your application or initial recruiter screen.
How do I plan my timeline when pursuing H-1B sponsorship at Dentsply Sirona?
Cap-subject H-1B petitions are filed once per year in April, with an October 1 start date, so securing your offer well before March gives Dentsply Sirona time to complete the Labor Condition Application and prepare your petition. If you're currently on OPT, your employer can file a cap-gap extension that keeps you work-authorized while the petition is pending. Starting the conversation with your recruiter about timelines early in the interview process prevents delays.
