Job Roles at Dentsply Sirona Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Dentsply Sirona Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with Dentsply Sirona's core operations
Dentsply Sirona's sponsorship activity centers on technical and engineering functions tied to dental device development. Focus your search on roles in R&D, manufacturing engineering, regulatory affairs, and clinical sciences, these are where sponsorship is most consistently extended.
Understand which visa types Dentsply Sirona actively supports
The company sponsors H-1B and Green Card pathways, and also works with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN candidates. If you're on OPT, apply early, medical device employers often prefer candidates who allow time for H-1B cap filings before OPT expires.
Highlight domain expertise in dental or medical devices
Dentsply Sirona sponsors candidates with specialized knowledge relevant to its product lines. Applications that demonstrate hands-on experience with dental materials, imaging systems, or device regulatory frameworks will stand out against generalist candidates from other industries.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship openings
Not every job posting signals real visa sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time you'd otherwise spend guessing which Dentsply Sirona listings are immigration-friendly.
Prepare for a structured hiring process in a regulated industry
Medical device companies operate under strict compliance frameworks, so hiring timelines can be longer than average. Build in extra runway between your interview process and visa filing deadlines, particularly if you're approaching the end of OPT or a grace period.
Position your degree as directly relevant to the role
H-1B sponsorship at medical device firms like Dentsply Sirona requires a qualifying specialty occupation. Make sure your degree field maps clearly to the job's technical requirements, a direct degree-to-role connection strengthens your petition and reduces USCIS scrutiny.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dentsply Sirona sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Dentsply Sirona sponsors H-1B visas and has a consistent track record doing so across multiple years. Sponsorship is most common in technical, engineering, and scientific roles that meet the specialty occupation standard. If you're targeting the company, focus your application on positions where your degree field aligns directly with the role's core requirements.
What visa types does Dentsply Sirona sponsor?
Dentsply Sirona sponsors H-1B visas and supports Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications. The company also works with candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT, as well as TN visa holders from Canada and Mexico. This range of visa types makes Dentsply Sirona accessible to international candidates at various stages of their U.S. immigration journey.
Which departments or roles at Dentsply Sirona are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Dentsply Sirona tends to concentrate in functions central to its medical device operations, think R&D, mechanical and manufacturing engineering, regulatory affairs, clinical research, and software development for dental technology platforms. These roles typically require specialized degrees that satisfy the H-1B specialty occupation requirement, making them the most natural fit for sponsored candidates.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Dentsply Sirona?
The most reliable approach is to search on Migrate Mate, which tracks employers with verified sponsorship histories and filters out listings where sponsorship is unlikely. Dentsply Sirona appears as an active sponsor on the platform, so you can browse current openings with confidence that the company has a real track record backing up its willingness to sponsor.
How do I time my application to Dentsply Sirona around visa deadlines?
If you're on F-1 OPT, the H-1B cap filing window opens in March for an October 1 start date. You'll want a job offer in place by February at the latest to give your employer enough time to prepare the petition. TN and H-1B transfers for candidates already in the U.S. are less time-sensitive, but medical device hiring processes can run eight to twelve weeks, start early and communicate your timeline upfront.
