Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Account Representative Jobs at Dentsply Sirona Jobs
Frame Your Clinical Knowledge as a Sales Asset
Account Representative roles at Dentsply Sirona require credible conversations with dentists and dental office managers. Highlight any coursework, lab work, or hands-on exposure to dental instruments, imaging systems, or endodontics products directly in your resume and cover letter.
Research Open Territories Before Applying
Dentsply Sirona posts Account Representative openings by geographic territory. Applying to a region where you're already located or authorized to work removes a logistical objection early and signals you're a lower-friction hire for a field sales role.
Confirm Sponsorship Willingness During the First Recruiter Screen
Ask directly whether the specific hiring manager's budget includes sponsorship for that territory's headcount. Sponsorship decisions at large medical device companies are often made at the business unit level, not centrally, so getting confirmation early prevents late-stage surprises.
Understand How Your OPT Cap Gap Affects the Timeline
If you're on F-1 OPT and targeting an H-1B filing, the October 1 start date means you may need a cap-gap extension to stay authorized while USCIS processes your petition. Build that gap into your conversations with Dentsply Sirona's HR team upfront.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Dentsply Sirona Openings by Visa Type
Search Account Representative roles at Dentsply Sirona on Migrate Mate to filter specifically for positions tied to sponsors with a track record for your visa category, saving you from applying to roles where sponsorship isn't available for your situation.
Prepare Your PERM Documentation Early for Green Card Conversations
EB-2 and EB-3 PERM filings require DOL-certified proof that no qualified U.S. workers are available. If your hiring manager opens that conversation, have your educational credentials evaluated and your specialty occupation documentation ready before the offer stage.

Find Account Representative at Dentsply Sirona JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dentsply Sirona sponsor H-1B visas for Account Representatives?
Yes, Dentsply Sirona has a documented history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Account Representatives. Sponsorship decisions are typically made at the business unit or regional level, so it's worth confirming with the specific hiring team during the recruiter screen. Roles that require specialized dental or medical device product knowledge tend to have stronger sponsorship justification under the specialty occupation standard USCIS applies.
Which visa types does Dentsply Sirona commonly sponsor for Account Representative roles?
Dentsply Sirona sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in Account Representative roles, along with employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 through PERM. The company also accommodates F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates, and TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals, making it accessible across multiple authorization categories.
What qualifications does Dentsply Sirona expect for Account Representative positions?
Most Account Representative openings at Dentsply Sirona target candidates with a bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, combined with B2B or clinical sales experience. Familiarity with dental workflows, instruments, or imaging products strengthens your application significantly. Some territories also prefer candidates with existing relationships in dental practices or dental service organizations within the region.
How do I apply for Account Representative jobs at Dentsply Sirona?
You can browse and apply for Account Representative positions at Dentsply Sirona directly through their careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which aggregates their visa-sponsored openings in one place. Filter by territory, visa type, and role level to find openings that match your authorization status. Submit a resume that explicitly connects your product knowledge to the dental or medical device context of the role.
How do I manage the timeline between an offer and my visa filing at Dentsply Sirona?
For H-1B petitions, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date, so an offer made outside that window requires planning around the next cap cycle or exploring cap-exempt options. If you're on OPT, confirm whether your employer will file before your authorization expires. For PERM-based Green Card filings, the DOL recruitment process alone can take six to twelve months, so starting that conversation early in your employment is advisable.
