About The Role
We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day procurement operations while managing our Mexico City–based procurement team. This role combines people leadership, operational execution, and analytics to ensure work is prioritized, processes are followed, and performance is visible. You will play a key role in connecting the CDMX team, other procurement managers, AP leadership, and BPO partners to drive alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will report into the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable on our Procure-to-Pay team in our Finance organization.

- Support the Mexico City procurement team by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and coaching team members for consistent execution.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
