Focus on roles where Doximity's sponsorship is concentrated
Doximity's sponsorship activity has centered on Green Card pathways, so target engineering, product, and data roles where long-term employment is the norm. These teams are where sponsored positions are most likely to appear.
Understand that Doximity skews toward permanent residency sponsorship
Doximity's track record leans toward EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship rather than temporary work visas. If you're on F-1 OPT or TN status, frame yourself as a long-term hire to align with how they've historically supported international employees.
Leverage your F-1 OPT or CPT status as an entry point
Doximity sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, so if you're a current student or recent grad in a technical field, those statuses are a realistic way in. Proving value during OPT can position you well for permanent sponsorship later.
Target Doximity's healthcare technology angle in your application
Doximity sits at the intersection of software and clinical workflows. Candidates who can speak to healthcare data, provider networks, or health IT systems stand out. Tailor your resume to show domain knowledge alongside technical skills.
Apply during Doximity's active hiring cycles
Technology companies in the healthcare space often ramp hiring in Q1 and Q3. Watch for Doximity's engineering and product openings during those windows. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and catch postings early.
Position yourself for Green Card sponsorship from day one
Since Doximity's sponsorship strength lies in permanent residency pathways, come into interviews ready to discuss long-term goals. Employers who sponsor Green Cards want to know you're committed to the role and the company beyond an initial visa period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Doximity sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Doximity has not been an active H-1B visa sponsor in recent filing periods. Its sponsorship activity has focused on Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 classifications, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates. Candidates who need H-1B visa sponsorship should clarify the company's current policy directly with Doximity's recruiting team before applying.
What visa types does Doximity sponsor?
Doximity sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, along with F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students and recent graduates. It also sponsors TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. This mix suggests the company is open to supporting international employees across different stages, from early-career OPT holders to professionals pursuing permanent residency.
Which roles or departments at Doximity are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Doximity's sponsorship history points toward technical and product-focused roles, consistent with its identity as a healthcare technology company. Software engineering, data science, and product management positions are the most likely candidates. Clinical or sales-side roles may have less sponsorship precedent, so international applicants should prioritize opportunities in Doximity's technology organization.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Doximity?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Doximity's sponsored positions. It filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you're not guessing whether a role will support your visa status. Search for Doximity directly on Migrate Mate to see current openings alongside the company's sponsorship track record in one place.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Doximity?
Doximity's sponsorship strength lies in long-term employment pathways, so the strongest applications come from candidates who signal commitment and domain relevance. Highlight any experience in healthcare technology, provider platforms, or health data systems. If you're on F-1 OPT, treat that period as an audition for permanent sponsorship. Apply to roles that align tightly with your technical background and be prepared to discuss your long-term career goals in the U.S.
