ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You鈥檒l need to have:
- Strong commercial and financial capability, leading cost reporting, risk reviews and key contract negotiations.
- Skilled in construction planning, variation assessment and applying current construction technologies across diverse projects.
- Effective communicator and relationship builder, promoting Mace鈥檚 services to clients and supply chain partners.
- Degree鈥憅ualified, with CSCS, SMSTS and professional membership (RICS/CIOB or equivalent).
COMPENSATION
The estimated salary for this position is $170,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non鈥慸iscriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
