Align your degree to Tripalink's roles
Tripalink hires across property technology, operations, and business functions. Map your Australian degree field directly to the role title before applying, E-3 requires the degree and job to share a specific disciplinary connection, not just general relevance.
Research prevailing wage before negotiating
Use the OFLC Wage Search to find the DOL prevailing wage for your target role in Tripalink's operating markets. Your offered salary must meet that threshold for the Labor Condition Application to certify, knowing the floor protects you in offer discussions.
Confirm Tripalink's LCA process timeline early
Ask your Tripalink recruiter when they plan to file the Labor Condition Application with DOL. LCA certification typically takes up to seven business days, and your consulate appointment can't proceed without it in hand.
Check your occupation's specialty status via O*NET
Pull your job title's O*NET profile and confirm it sits in Job Zone 4 or 5, which signals degree-level entry requirements. Tripalink roles in real estate technology and operations generally qualify, but verify before your interview so you can speak to it confidently.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified Tripalink openings
Migrate Mate surfaces roles at companies with confirmed E-3 LCA filing history, including Tripalink. Search by job function and filter for E-3 sponsors so you're targeting positions where the sponsorship infrastructure is already in place.
Prepare for specialty occupation questions at the consulate
Consular officers at Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth may ask how your degree relates to your specific Tripalink role. Bring your offer letter, LCA, and degree transcripts, and rehearse a clear one-sentence explanation of the degree-to-role connection.
Tripalink E-3 Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Tripalink sponsor E-3 visas?
Yes, Tripalink sponsors E-3 visas. The company has an active history of sponsoring multiple visa types, including E-3 for Australian nationals. Sponsorship is tied to specific roles that meet the specialty occupation standard, so you'll want to confirm the designation applies to your target position before advancing in the hiring process.
Which roles at Tripalink typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
Tripalink's E-3 sponsorships tend to cluster in roles requiring degree-level expertise: property operations, business analysis, technology, and marketing functions. Positions in real estate technology and data-driven operations are strong candidates given the company's prop-tech focus. Each role still needs to satisfy the specialty occupation requirement independently, so review the job description against your degree field.
How do I start the E-3 application process at Tripalink?
Once Tripalink extends an offer, they file a Labor Condition Application with DOL to certify the prevailing wage and working conditions. After LCA certification, you complete the DS-160 online, pay the MRV fee, and schedule your visa interview at a U.S. consulate in Australia. USCIS is not involved in the E-3 consular process, which makes it faster than H-1B visa sponsorship.
How long does E-3 sponsorship take at Tripalink?
The LCA certification step typically takes up to seven business days after Tripalink submits it to DOL. Consulate appointment wait times in Australia vary by location and season. From offer acceptance to visa stamp, most straightforward cases resolve within four to six weeks, though consulate backlogs can extend that window.
How do I find and apply for E-3 jobs at Tripalink?
Migrate Mate lists open roles at companies with confirmed E-3 LCA filing history, making it a reliable starting point for targeting Tripalink specifically. Apply directly through Tripalink's careers page and flag your E-3 eligibility early in the process. Being upfront about your visa status helps recruiters route your application to hiring managers familiar with the sponsorship requirements.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 sponsorship at Tripalink?
E-3 employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, determined when they file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, ensuring Australian hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
