Responsibilities
- Lead enhancement projects related to SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), with a focus on O2C processes for B2B clients
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CI solutions that align with best practices and client needs
- Configure and customize the SAP CI module, ensuring seamless integration with SAP BRIM, FI-CA, and other relevant components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure smooth integration and data flow
- Provide expertise in B2B billing scenarios, including complex pricing structures, contract management, and multi-party settlements
- Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness during the transition to SAP CI
- Conduct testing, training sessions, and go-live activities to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process-related issues within SAP CI and O2C workflows

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical or business knowledge
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Convergent Invoicing, preferably in B2B environments, showcasing expertise in implementing and managing CI solutions
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and FI-CA, with a focus on their integration into O2C processes
- Proven experience in configuring, integrating, and customizing SAP CI to meet unique business requirements
- Solid understanding of B2B billing models, including contract management and revenue recognition, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for the identification and resolution of complex technical and business challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
