Job Roles at EPITEC Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in EPITEC Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with EPITEC's core staffing focus
EPITEC places candidates primarily in technology and software roles. Focus your application on positions like software engineering, IT consulting, or systems analysis, these are the functions most likely to lead to H-1B or Green Card sponsorship through the company.
Understand EPITEC's staffing model before you apply
EPITEC operates as a staffing and workforce solutions firm, meaning you may be placed at a client site rather than working in-house. Clarify early whether your role is direct hire or contract, since sponsorship paths can differ depending on the arrangement.
If you're on F-1 OPT, engage EPITEC early in your OPT window
EPITEC has experience working with F-1 OPT candidates in tech. Approaching them early in your OPT period gives both sides time to evaluate fit and initiate H-1B sponsorship before the April registration deadline, don't wait until the final months.
Ask specifically about Green Card sponsorship during the interview process
EPITEC sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, not just H-1B visas. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, raise this in conversations with your recruiter, understanding their PERM process and typical timelines helps you assess the full opportunity.
Browse verified sponsorship history before reaching out
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and visa type. Reviewing EPITEC's actual filing track record before your first recruiter call means you arrive informed, a stronger position for negotiating sponsorship terms.
Highlight specialized technical skills that are difficult to source domestically
EPITEC is more likely to sponsor candidates who fill genuine skill gaps in the U.S. market. When applying, emphasize niche technical competencies, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, or specialized software stacks, that make a strong case for why sponsorship is warranted.

Does EPITEC sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, EPITEC sponsors H-1B visas and is an active sponsor in the technology and software space. The company has a consistent filing history across multiple years, making it a viable target for international candidates in tech roles. If you're on F-1 OPT or currently holding H-1B status and looking to transfer, EPITEC is worth pursuing directly through their recruitment team.
Which visa types does EPITEC sponsor?
EPITEC sponsors H-1B visas, EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, and works with F-1 OPT candidates. This range makes the company a strong option whether you're seeking short-term work authorization or a long-term path to permanent residence. The company does not have a record of sponsoring E-3 visas, so Australian nationals should factor that into their planning.
What types of roles at EPITEC are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at EPITEC is concentrated in technology and software positions, roles like software engineers, IT project managers, systems analysts, and technical consultants are the most common sponsored functions. Because EPITEC is a staffing firm, sponsored roles may involve placement at client companies rather than internal positions, so confirm the arrangement before accepting an offer.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at EPITEC?
Migrate Mate lists jobs from verified sponsors including EPITEC, so you can filter by visa type and confirm sponsorship history before applying. Beyond that, EPITEC's own careers page and recruitment team are direct channels, reaching out to a recruiter with your visa status upfront saves time and helps both sides assess fit early in the process.
How do I approach the application process at EPITEC as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status from the first contact. EPITEC's recruiters are experienced with sponsored placements, so there's no need to obscure your situation. Specify whether you need H-1B cap sponsorship, a transfer, or OPT extension support, each has a different timeline. For Green Card sponsorship, ask about their PERM process early so you understand what's involved before you commit.
