Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Product Marketing Jobs at Equifax Jobs
Frame your portfolio around data-driven storytelling
Equifax's Product Marketing roles sit at the intersection of financial data products and market positioning. Case studies that show how you translated complex data insights into customer-facing messaging will land better than general brand campaigns.
Target roles tied to core product lines
Equifax organizes Product Marketing around specific business units like Workforce Solutions, U.S. Information Solutions, and International. Applying to roles attached to an active product line increases your chances of landing a team with genuine headcount budget and sponsorship intent.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring roles
Not every Equifax Product Marketing listing will spell out sponsorship explicitly. Search Equifax Product Marketing openings on Migrate Mate to surface roles where visa sponsorship has been confirmed, saving you from applying blind to positions that won't support your status.
Ask recruiters about internal transfer eligibility
Equifax is a multinational employer, which means L-1 intracompany transfer paths exist if you've worked at an Equifax entity abroad for at least one year in a qualifying managerial or specialized knowledge role before applying for a U.S. Product Marketing position.
Prepare your LCA documentation before negotiating offers
For H-1B sponsorship, Equifax must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing wage for your location and role level. Understanding LCA wage tiers upfront helps you negotiate a salary that keeps the filing on track.

Find Product Marketing at Equifax JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Equifax sponsor H-1B visas for Product Marketings?
Yes, Equifax sponsors H-1B visas for Product Marketing roles. The company has a documented history of filing H-1B petitions for this function, particularly for positions tied to its core data and analytics product lines. Cap-subject H-1B petitions must be submitted to USCIS by April 1 for an October 1 start date, so timing your offer and hiring process accordingly is critical.
Which visa types does Equifax commonly use for Product Marketing roles?
Equifax supports several visa categories for Product Marketing professionals, including H-1B for specialty occupation workers, F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates still on student status, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles. For longer-term employees, Equifax also pursues employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 PERM labor certification.
What qualifications does Equifax expect for Product Marketing roles?
Equifax typically looks for Product Marketing candidates with experience in B2B or data-driven product environments, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into market messaging. Familiarity with financial services, credit, or workforce data products is a genuine differentiator, not just a nice-to-have, given where the company's product portfolio sits.
How do I apply for Product Marketing jobs at Equifax?
You can find and apply for Product Marketing openings at Equifax directly through their careers site or through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where visa sponsorship has been confirmed. Before applying, identify which Equifax business unit the role belongs to, tailor your resume to reflect data product or financial technology marketing experience, and confirm your current visa status and work authorization timeline align with their hiring cycle.
How long does the visa sponsorship process typically take at Equifax?
The timeline depends on the visa type. For H-1B, your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting the I-129 petition to USCIS, and cap-subject petitions have a hard April 1 deadline. USCIS premium processing can reduce the adjudication window to 15 business days. For Green Card sponsorship through PERM, the full process from labor certification to immigrant visa approval often takes two to four years depending on your country of birth.
