Job Roles at Exact Sciences Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Exact Sciences Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles in molecular diagnostics and oncology R&D
Exact Sciences centers its business on cancer detection technology. Scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical researchers in oncology-adjacent fields are well-positioned, these are the roles most likely to attract sponsorship consideration from a diagnostics-focused employer.
Understand which visa types Exact Sciences supports
Exact Sciences sponsors H-1B, TN, J-1, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas, as well as Green Card pathways. If you hold or are approaching the end of OPT, confirming early that a role includes Green Card sponsorship reduces long-term uncertainty significantly.
Search for roles verified as sponsorship-eligible
Not every posting at a sponsoring company will actually include sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your effort on roles where international candidates are genuinely considered.
Lean into Exact Sciences's commercial and regulatory functions
Beyond the lab, diagnostics companies need regulatory affairs specialists, health economists, and medical science liaisons. These professional roles in healthcare services can qualify as specialty occupations for H-1B purposes, broadening your options beyond pure research tracks.
Position your application around patient impact
Exact Sciences's mission is saving lives through early cancer detection. Candidates who connect their experience to clinical outcomes or diagnostic accuracy, not just technical skills, tend to resonate more strongly in interviews at mission-driven healthcare organizations like this one.

Does Exact Sciences sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Exact Sciences sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a consistent track record of H-1B filings, particularly for roles in research, data science, bioinformatics, and clinical development. If you're targeting Exact Sciences on an H-1B, focus on specialty occupation roles where your degree directly aligns with the position requirements, as this is central to H-1B eligibility.
What visa types does Exact Sciences sponsor?
Exact Sciences sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, TN, J-1, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for work authorization, and supports Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways for longer-term immigration goals. This breadth makes the company a practical option for international candidates at different stages of their U.S. immigration journey.
Which departments or roles at Exact Sciences are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Exact Sciences is most concentrated in technical and scientific functions, roles in molecular biology, bioinformatics, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and data science are common candidates. Commercial functions such as medical affairs and health economics may also qualify. Roles requiring a specific degree field tied directly to job duties are typically the strongest fits for H-1B specialty occupation classification.
How do I find visa-sponsored job openings at Exact Sciences?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates job listings from companies with verified sponsorship histories and lets you filter specifically for employers like Exact Sciences. This saves time compared to manually scanning postings and guessing whether sponsorship is available. Look for roles in R&D, clinical operations, and data science, where Exact Sciences has historically been most active with international hires.
How do I time my application to Exact Sciences around H-1B cap deadlines?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start date, which means you need a job offer in hand by mid-March at the latest. Target Exact Sciences roles in late 2025 or early 2026 if you need cap sponsorship for the next fiscal year. If you're already on OPT or CPT, you may be able to start sooner through a cap-exempt or concurrent filing arrangement, confirm this with the employer early in the process.
