Target clinical and behavioral health roles first
Family Care Center's sponsorship activity is concentrated in healthcare delivery. Roles in mental health, counseling, and clinical support align most closely with their visa sponsorship history, prioritize these when searching for open positions.
Know which visa fits your background before applying
Family Care Center sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT visas. Australian applicants should flag E-3 eligibility upfront, while Canadian and Mexican professionals may qualify under TN, knowing your category strengthens your application from the start.
Apply early if you're on F-1 OPT
Healthcare employers like Family Care Center often have longer onboarding timelines due to credentialing requirements. If your OPT authorization is running down, apply with enough runway for background checks, licensing verification, and any H-1B cap filing if needed.
Highlight your licensure status prominently
In healthcare hiring, active U.S. licensure or eligibility for state licensure is often the deciding factor for sponsorship. Make your credentials, license numbers, and any reciprocity eligibility easy to find in your resume and cover letter.
Use a platform that verifies sponsorship history
Not every healthcare company that claims to sponsor actually does so consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time and focusing your applications on employers with a proven track record like Family Care Center.
Ask directly about the sponsorship process during interviews
Family Care Center spans multiple visa types, so processes can differ by role and immigration category. Ask early whether they work with outside immigration counsel, who manages the filing internally, and what the expected timeline looks like from offer to petition submission.

Find Family Care Center JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Family Care Center sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Family Care Center sponsors H-1B visas and has done so across multiple filing cycles. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in healthcare roles that qualify as specialty occupations, typically requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant clinical or behavioral health field. If you're targeting an H-1B with this employer, confirm the specific role meets the specialty occupation standard before applying.
Which visa types does Family Care Center sponsor?
Family Care Center sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas. This range reflects a genuine openness to international talent across different immigration pathways. Australian citizens should consider the E-3 as a faster and cap-exempt alternative to the H-1B, while Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status in eligible healthcare roles.
What types of roles at Family Care Center are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Family Care Center is most common in clinical and behavioral health positions, roles such as therapists, counselors, psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers. These positions typically meet specialty occupation requirements and are in high demand in the healthcare sector. Administrative and non-clinical roles are less likely to be sponsored, though eligibility depends on the specific position and degree requirements.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Family Care Center?
Migrate Mate lists open positions at verified sponsoring employers, including Family Care Center, and lets you filter by visa type so you can focus on roles that match your immigration category. Search by company name or filter for healthcare roles that sponsor H-1B or E-3 visas to surface the most relevant openings without sorting through employers that don't actually sponsor.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Family Care Center for visa sponsorship?
Healthcare hiring at Family Care Center typically involves credentialing and background checks that extend the onboarding process beyond what non-clinical employers require. For H-1B cap cases, factor in the April lottery deadline and October 1 start date. For cap-exempt categories like E-3 and TN, timelines are shorter but still depend on licensing approvals. Starting the conversation with HR about sponsorship in your first interview is strongly recommended.
