How to Get Visa Sponsorship in FanDuel Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles in tech and data science
FanDuel's engineering, data analytics, and product teams drive the platform's competitive edge in sports betting. These functions have the strongest hiring demand for sponsored candidates, so focus your search there for the best sponsorship prospects.
Highlight gambling and betting domain knowledge
FanDuel competes in a highly regulated, fast-moving industry. Candidates who demonstrate familiarity with sports betting markets, odds modeling, regulatory compliance, or real-money gaming products stand out from generalist applicants across all functions.
Apply during peak hiring windows
Sponsoring employers in competitive industries like online gambling tend to ramp hiring ahead of major product launches and sports seasons. Timing your applications around Q1 and ahead of NFL season increases your chances of landing a role with sponsorship attached.
Use verified sponsorship data to filter your job search
Not every FanDuel job listing will mention sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on roles where international candidates have actually been hired before.
Prepare for a multi-stage technical process
FanDuel's hiring process for sponsored roles typically involves several technical and behavioral rounds. Preparing a portfolio that shows measurable product or engineering impact, ideally in consumer-facing or data-intensive environments, strengthens your candidacy significantly.
