ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cafe Associates will work to maintain outstanding customer service by working in both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house.
Front-of-the-house responsibilities include
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Serving food and drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness of counters, tables, and floors
Back-of-the-house responsibilities include
- Processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Safeguarding company assets
- Cleaning food preparation equipment and work areas, utensils, dinnerware and glassware
- Organizing, loading, and unloading inventory
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
This is a great opportunity if you have a high school diploma or the equivalent, and if you have obtained a certification in food safety. No previous experience is required.

The base salary range for this position is $16.60 - $18.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you are working at least 30 hours per week.
