- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring hard-working, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. Frame Your Portfolio Around SaaS Metrics
Figma's Customer Success hiring centers on demonstrated outcomes, not just relationship management experience. Document retention rates, expansion revenue, and onboarding completion data from past roles so your application speaks the language Figma's hiring team is evaluating.
Target Figma's Enterprise and Growth Segments
Figma's Customer Success openings tend to cluster around enterprise accounts and product-led growth segments. Roles aligned to larger commercial accounts are more likely to include sponsorship support, so filter your applications toward those team designations specifically.
Raise Sponsorship Early in Recruiter Conversations
Don't wait until an offer to disclose your visa situation. Figma's recruiting team needs to loop in immigration counsel before extending an offer, so surfacing your status in the first recruiter screen avoids late-stage delays or offer rescissions caused by timeline mismatches.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Open Roles Efficiently
Figma posts Customer Success Manager openings across multiple channels and the listings move fast. Use Migrate Mate to filter Figma's active roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you're only spending time on positions that match your work authorization needs.
Understand the LCA Requirement Before Your Start Date
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. Factor in DOL processing time when negotiating your start date so you don't accept a date that's legally impossible to hit.

Find Customer Success Manager at Figma JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Figma sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Managers?
Yes, Figma sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Success Manager roles. The company has a consistent track record of filing H-1B petitions for this function, and its internal immigration process is managed through external counsel. If you're subject to the H-1B lottery, raise your timeline early in the recruiting process so Figma can plan around the April filing window.
Which visa types does Figma commonly use for Customer Success Manager roles?
Figma sponsors H-1B, E-3, H-1B1, and F-1 OPT for Customer Success Manager positions, and supports Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term employees. Australian nationals can leverage the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and a faster processing timeline. Singaporean and Chilean nationals may qualify for the H-1B1, which similarly bypasses the annual cap.
How do I apply for Customer Success Manager jobs at Figma?
Apply directly through Figma's careers page, and filter for Customer Success or post-sales roles. You can also browse verified Customer Success Manager openings at Figma with visa sponsorship confirmed through Migrate Mate. Before submitting, tailor your resume to highlight SaaS metrics, enterprise account experience, and any familiarity with design or product-led growth tools, since those signals align closely with what Figma's hiring team prioritizes.
What qualifications does Figma look for in Customer Success Manager candidates?
Figma's Customer Success roles typically require a bachelor's degree in a business, communications, or technology-adjacent field, which also satisfies the specialty occupation requirement for H-1B purposes. Beyond credentials, hiring managers look for experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts, familiarity with product adoption frameworks, and the ability to translate platform capability into measurable customer outcomes.
How do I plan my timeline when accepting a Customer Success Manager offer at Figma?
Timeline depends on your visa type. E-3 and H-1B1 applicants can often start within four to eight weeks of an offer if the Labor Condition Application is filed promptly with the DOL. H-1B cap-subject candidates must align their start date to October 1, the earliest permissible date after an April lottery selection. F-1 OPT holders should confirm their OPT end date and remaining authorized period before accepting, since USCIS processing for an H-1B cap-gap extension has strict cutoffs.
