Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Customer Support Jobs at Globus Medical Jobs
Frame your clinical vocabulary before applying
Customer Support roles at Globus Medical require fluency in orthopedic and spine product terminology. Candidates who can speak to implant systems, surgical instrumentation, and hospital procurement processes stand out when hiring managers review applications from international candidates.
Target postings that list field support duties
Globus Customer Support roles often blend traditional support with on-site hospital or OR coverage. Postings that mention field-based responsibilities signal employer willingness to invest in long-term sponsorship, since those roles require specialized training that makes retention a priority.
Verify your OPT start date aligns with onboarding timelines
F-1 OPT authorization begins on the date USCIS approves your EAD, not when you accept an offer. If your OPT start date and Globus Medical's onboarding window are more than two weeks apart, discuss a delayed start date with the recruiter before signing.
Clarify LCA job location requirements during offer negotiation
Globus Medical Customer Support staff sometimes work across multiple hospital sites. Your H-1B Labor Condition Application must list every worksite where you'll spend more than 30 days annually, so confirm with HR whether a multi-location LCA is planned before your petition is filed with USCIS.
Use Migrate Mate to filter roles that match your visa type
Not every open Customer Support position at Globus Medical will be flagged as sponsor-eligible on general job boards. Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for roles at Globus Medical that align with your visa category, so you apply where sponsorship is already on the table.
Prepare a PERM-ready employment history before your Green Card conversation
If you're targeting EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, document all previous Customer Support or clinical liaison roles with exact start and end dates, job titles, and supervisor contact details. The DOL PERM audit process requires detailed employment verification, and gaps or inconsistencies can delay certification significantly.

Find Customer Support at Globus Medical JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Globus Medical sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Support roles?
Yes, Globus Medical sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Support positions. Because many of these roles require product-specific technical knowledge tied to musculoskeletal implants and surgical instrumentation, they can qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards. Your offer letter and job description should clearly reflect the degree requirement to support the petition.
Which visa types does Globus Medical commonly use for Customer Support positions?
Globus Medical supports a range of visa categories for Customer Support staff, including H-1B, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, F-1 OPT and CPT for students in qualifying degree programs, J-1 for exchange visitors, and immigrant pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for employees pursuing permanent residence. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and career stage.
What qualifications does Globus Medical expect for Customer Support roles?
Most Customer Support positions at Globus Medical expect a bachelor's degree in a life sciences, biomedical, or healthcare-related field, combined with experience in medical device sales support, clinical coordination, or hospital-facing service. Familiarity with orthopedic or spine surgical products is a strong differentiator, and some roles require the ability to travel to operating room environments.
How do I apply for Customer Support jobs at Globus Medical?
You can browse and apply for Customer Support openings at Globus Medical through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you only see positions where sponsorship is actively offered. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect clinical product knowledge and any direct hospital or OR support experience, since Globus Medical's hiring teams prioritize candidates who can reduce onboarding time.
How do I navigate the timeline from job offer to visa approval at Globus Medical?
For H-1B transfers or new cap-subject petitions, USCIS standard processing runs several months and premium processing can reduce that to 15 business days. For F-1 OPT, your EAD must arrive before your start date, so apply to USCIS no later than 90 days before graduation. Align your offer acceptance and background check completion with these timelines early in negotiations with Globus Medical's HR team.
