Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Supply Chain Manager Jobs at Google Jobs
Align your credentials to Google's supply chain scope
Google's supply chain team spans hardware procurement, data center logistics, and consumer device fulfillment. Tailor your resume to show experience across at least one of these verticals, not just general logistics management.
Target roles tied to Google's hardware divisions
Supply Chain Manager openings connected to Google's Pixel, Nest, or data center infrastructure teams tend to require deeper technical fluency. Prioritizing these postings positions you for roles where specialized skills strengthen a sponsorship case.
Search sponsored supply chain openings on Migrate Mate
Filter by Supply Chain Manager roles at Google on Migrate Mate to surface only positions where visa sponsorship is confirmed. This saves time that would otherwise go toward applying to roles with no sponsorship pathway.
Understand which visa Google files for your situation
Google sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for this role. If you're Australian, the E-3 bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely. Confirm with your recruiter early which category applies to your nationality so timelines are clear before you receive an offer.
Negotiate your start date around H-1B cap timelines
If your offer requires a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS only accepts petitions in April for an October 1 start date. Build this window into your negotiation so your offer letter reflects a start date Google's immigration team can actually file for.
Prepare documentation for a specialty occupation determination
Google's immigration team will need to demonstrate your Supply Chain Manager role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. Pull your degree transcripts and any professional certifications now, since gaps in documentation can delay the LCA filing with DOL.

Find Supply Chain Manager at Google JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Google sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain Managers?
Yes, Google sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain Manager roles. The role must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, which Google's immigration team handles by documenting the degree requirements tied to the position. If your offer requires a cap-subject H-1B, the annual lottery and October 1 start date apply, so confirming your situation with the recruiter early matters.
Which visa types does Google commonly use for Supply Chain Manager roles?
Google files H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Supply Chain Manager positions depending on your nationality. Australian citizens can use the E-3, which has no lottery and allows two-year renewable status. Chilean and Singaporean nationals may qualify for the H-1B1. All other nationalities typically go through the cap-subject H-1B process.
How do I apply for Supply Chain Manager jobs at Google?
Applications go through Google's careers portal at careers.google.com. Search by job family and filter for supply chain or operations roles. Tailor your resume to the specific division, whether hardware, data center, or consumer devices, since hiring teams are distinct. You can also browse open positions with confirmed visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate before applying directly.
What qualifications does Google expect for Supply Chain Manager roles?
Google's Supply Chain Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a closely related field. An MBA strengthens applications for senior-level positions. Beyond credentials, Google looks for direct experience with cross-functional program management, supplier negotiation, and data analysis tools like SQL or Python used in an operational context.
How do I estimate the timeline from offer to visa approval for a Supply Chain Manager role at Google?
Once you have an offer, Google's immigration team files a Labor Condition Application with DOL, which typically certifies within seven business days. For H-1B cap cases, the petition window opens in April with an October 1 start date, meaning your offer may need to account for a gap of several months. E-3 and H-1B1 applicants can often move faster through consular processing.
