Align your credentials to Apple's supply chain tiers
Apple organizes supply chain management across NPI, procurement, and fulfillment functions. Tailor your resume to the specific tier you're targeting, because a procurement background won't map cleanly to an NPI-focused role, and misalignment slows hiring decisions.
Time your application around H-1B cap deadlines
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, Apple must register you in March for an October start. Factor this into your interview timeline so an offer doesn't arrive too late for the current registration cycle.
Demonstrate familiarity with Apple's supplier ecosystem
Apple's supply chain relies on a concentrated set of contract manufacturers and component suppliers. Candidates who can speak to managing relationships with partners in that ecosystem, or navigating similar ODM structures, move faster through technical screening.
Clarify your work authorization status early in the process
Apple uses E-Verify for all new hires. Bring up your visa status before the offer stage so the recruiting team can loop in immigration counsel and confirm the right petition type, avoiding delays after you've already completed the full interview loop.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Supply Chain Manager roles at Apple
Apple posts supply chain roles across multiple internal teams and they don't always surface together. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Apple Supply Chain Manager positions that include visa sponsorship, so you're applying to the right openings from the start.

Find Supply Chain Manager at Apple JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Apple sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain Managers?
Yes, Apple sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain Manager roles. The company works with immigration counsel to file H-1B petitions for qualifying candidates, including cap-subject filings in the annual March registration window. If you're already on a valid H-1B with another employer, Apple can initiate an H-1B transfer, which allows you to start work as soon as USCIS receives the petition.
Which visa types does Apple commonly sponsor for Supply Chain Manager roles?
Apple sponsors a range of visa categories for Supply Chain Managers, including H-1B, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, E-3 for Australian citizens, and TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying USMCA professional categories. Apple also supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students, and files EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions for candidates pursuing a Green Card.
What qualifications and experience does Apple expect for Supply Chain Manager roles?
Apple typically expects a bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or a related technical field, with several years of experience managing suppliers, procurement cycles, or manufacturing operations. Roles tied to new product introduction often require familiarity with NPI processes and cross-functional coordination. An MBA or APICS certification strengthens applications, particularly for senior-level or strategic procurement positions.
How do I apply for Supply Chain Manager jobs at Apple?
You can browse and apply for Supply Chain Manager positions at Apple directly through their careers site, or use Migrate Mate to filter for Apple roles that include visa sponsorship. Apple's supply chain team is large and hires across procurement, fulfillment, and operations, so specifying the function you're targeting, not just the title, helps you find the most relevant openings and avoid applying to roles outside your background.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship for an Apple Supply Chain Manager role?
Timeline depends on your current status. If you need a new H-1B, Apple must file during the March cap registration period for an October 1 start, so an offer needs to come together by late February at the latest. E-3 and TN petitions move faster and aren't cap-subject. USCIS premium processing is available for H-1B petitions and returns a decision within 15 business days, which Apple commonly uses to accelerate start dates.
