Align your credentials to consulting delivery
Deloitte Supply Chain Manager roles require demonstrable client-facing experience, not just internal operations work. Before applying, reframe your resume around engagement delivery, stakeholder management, and measurable outcomes tied to procurement or logistics transformations.
Target Deloitte's sector-aligned supply chain practices
Deloitte structures supply chain consulting around industries like life sciences, consumer, and aerospace. Applying to a practice where your sector experience matches increases your odds of being staffed immediately, which strengthens the business case for sponsorship.
Search sponsored Supply Chain Manager roles on Migrate Mate
Filter Migrate Mate's job board by Deloitte and Supply Chain Manager to surface active roles where the firm has confirmed sponsorship history. This saves time you'd otherwise spend parsing job descriptions for indirect sponsorship signals.
Clarify visa type eligibility before your final round
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas depending on your nationality. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3, which has no lottery and allows faster timelines. Confirm which category applies to you before the offer stage so the recruiter routes your case correctly.
Understand that the H-1B lottery affects your start date
If you require H-1B sponsorship, USCIS runs the lottery in March for an October 1 start date. Discuss this timeline with your Deloitte recruiter early so the offer letter and onboarding plan account for a potential six-month gap between acceptance and your authorized start.
Prepare your specialty occupation documentation proactively
Supply Chain Manager roles must qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards, meaning the position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. Gather your degree credentials, transcripts, and a detailed job description from Deloitte's HR team before USCIS filing begins.

Find Supply Chain Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain Manager roles. The firm has an established immigration program and works with outside counsel to file petitions. Because Supply Chain Manager positions require specialized expertise in areas like procurement strategy or operations consulting, they generally satisfy USCIS specialty occupation standards. H-1B sponsorship is subject to the annual lottery, so timing your job search around the March registration window matters.
How do I apply for Supply Chain Manager jobs at Deloitte?
Applications go through Deloitte's careers portal, where you can filter by service area and location. Roles are typically listed under Supply Chain and Network Operations within the Strategy, Analytics, and M&A or Operations practice areas. Migrate Mate also aggregates Deloitte Supply Chain Manager openings with sponsorship context, which can help you identify active roles faster. A targeted resume emphasizing client engagement and measurable supply chain outcomes performs better than a general operations background.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Supply Chain Manager roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Supply Chain Manager positions, along with employer-sponsored Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. H-1B is the most common route for non-Australian, non-Singaporean nationals. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3, which bypasses the lottery and allows two-year renewable status. Singaporean nationals may qualify for the H-1B1. Green Card sponsorship typically follows several years of employment.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Supply Chain Manager roles?
Deloitte generally expects a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior engagements. Beyond credentials, the firm prioritizes hands-on consulting or advisory experience, proficiency with tools like SAP or Oracle, and a track record managing cross-functional teams on transformation projects. Industry-specific experience in life sciences, consumer, or industrial sectors strengthens your profile considerably.
How do I manage the timeline between a Deloitte offer and my visa start date?
If you need an H-1B, the earliest authorized start date is October 1 following a successful March lottery registration. Deloitte's recruiting team is familiar with this cycle, but you should raise it explicitly during the offer stage. For E-3 applicants, consular processing in Australia typically takes two to six weeks, allowing a faster start. Either way, confirm your current visa status and any grace period rules with USCIS before accepting an offer.
