Target clinical and therapy roles first
AccentCare's Green Card filings are concentrated in direct patient care roles, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nurses. Focusing your search on these clinical positions gives you the strongest shot at a sponsored pathway.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card sponsorship through AccentCare involves the PERM process, which can take a year or more before an I-140 petition is filed. Raise sponsorship early in conversations so both sides can plan around realistic timelines.
Highlight licensure and state credentialing upfront
In healthcare, Green Card sponsorship often depends on whether you hold active state licensure. AccentCare operates across multiple states, so demonstrating your credentials are transferable strengthens your case for sponsorship consideration.
Ask specifically about EB-2 versus EB-3 eligibility
AccentCare sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Depending on your degree level and role, one pathway may offer faster priority dates than the other. Clarify which category your position qualifies for during the hiring process.
Use verified sponsorship data to prioritize your applications
Not every AccentCare opening will come with Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus applications on roles where sponsorship is confirmed.
Negotiate sponsorship terms before accepting an offer
Green Card sponsorship involves significant employer commitment, including legal fees and process management. Confirming AccentCare's willingness to sponsor before you sign an offer letter prevents misaligned expectations down the line in the Healthcare & Medical Services hiring process.
AccentCare Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does AccentCare sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, AccentCare sponsors Green Card visas. The company files petitions under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, primarily for clinical and healthcare roles. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every open position, so it is worth confirming with the hiring team whether a specific role is eligible before advancing through the interview process.
Which roles and departments at AccentCare are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at AccentCare is concentrated in direct patient care roles, particularly physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and registered nurses. These positions align with the specialty occupation and skilled worker criteria required for EB-2 and EB-3 filings. Administrative or non-clinical roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I start the Green Card application process at AccentCare?
The process begins when AccentCare agrees to sponsor you and initiates a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor. Once PERM is certified, AccentCare files an I-140 immigrant petition on your behalf. You will need to provide documentation of your qualifications, credentials, and employment history throughout. Immigration counsel retained by AccentCare typically manages the filings.
How long does the Green Card process take at AccentCare?
The full Green Card timeline depends on your country of birth and the visa category. PERM labor certification alone can take one to two years, followed by I-140 adjudication. If your priority date is current, you can then file for adjustment of status. Applicants born in India or China typically face longer waits due to visa backlog in the EB-3 category.
How do I find AccentCare job openings that include Green Card sponsorship?
Not all AccentCare listings explicitly state Green Card sponsorship availability. Migrate Mate tracks verified Green Card sponsors and surfaces AccentCare roles where sponsorship has been confirmed through actual filing history, making it easier to apply with confidence rather than guessing from job board descriptions alone.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at AccentCare?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
