Job Roles at Auria Solutions
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Auria Solutions Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and technical roles
Auria Solutions's Green Card sponsorship activity is concentrated in engineering disciplines. Focus your application on roles like acoustic engineers, manufacturing engineers, and product development specialists where the company has demonstrated sponsorship commitment.
Raise sponsorship during the offer stage
Automotive suppliers like Auria Solutions evaluate sponsorship case by case. Bring up Green Card sponsorship during offer negotiations rather than early screening, once the hiring team has confirmed genuine interest in your candidacy.
Expect a PERM labor certification process
Green Card sponsorship at Auria Solutions typically begins with PERM labor certification, where the Department of Labor verifies no qualified U.S. workers are displaced. This step alone can take a year or more, so set realistic timeline expectations.
Use verified sponsorship data to find open roles
Not every Auria Solutions posting leads to Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on roles where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
Align your credentials with automotive industry standards
Auria Solutions values candidates with domain expertise in acoustics, NVH, thermoplastics, or advanced manufacturing. Demonstrating specialized automotive knowledge strengthens your Green Card case and signals you fill a role difficult to source domestically.

Does Auria Solutions sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Auria Solutions sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company files both EB-2 and EB-3 petitions, primarily for engineering and technical professionals in its automotive operations. Sponsorship is handled on a case-by-case basis, so confirming eligibility directly with the hiring team during the offer process is the most reliable approach.
Which roles and departments at Auria Solutions typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Auria Solutions is most common in engineering functions, including acoustic engineering, manufacturing engineering, and product development. Research and development roles with specialized technical requirements also tend to qualify. General administrative or entry-level production positions are less likely to be sponsored, as Green Card petitions are typically reserved for roles requiring specialized expertise.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Auria Solutions?
Once Auria Solutions agrees to sponsor you, the process generally begins with PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor. After PERM approval, the company files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Depending on your nationality and visa category, you may then file for adjustment of status in the U.S. or go through consular processing abroad. An immigration attorney typically manages the process on the company's behalf.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Auria Solutions?
The full Green Card process from PERM filing to receiving a Green Card typically spans several years. PERM labor certification alone can take 12 to 18 months or more. I-140 adjudication adds additional time, and if your priority date is not current, you may wait further in the visa backlog. Nationals from India and China face significantly longer waits due to per-country limits.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Auria Solutions?
Start by identifying Auria Solutions roles that match your engineering or technical background, then verify whether the position has a sponsorship history before applying. Migrate Mate lets you filter job listings by confirmed Green Card sponsorship data, which helps you focus on Auria Solutions openings where permanent residence sponsorship is a realistic outcome rather than guessing from the job description alone.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Auria Solutions?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
