Position Overview
Clearwater Analytics is seeking a strategic and high-energy leader to serve as the Global Head of Consultant Relationships. This critical role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy with the investment and operational consultant community across North America and EMEA.
The successful candidate will ensure that the world’s leading consultancy firms have a deep understanding of Clearwater’s SaaS platform, product roadmap, and long-term vision. Your primary objective is to position Clearwater as a "top-of-mind" solution, ensuring our inclusion in high-value RFPs and securing consultant advocacy throughout the client evaluation process for insurance companies, asset managers, and asset owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a global consultant engagement framework that identifies, prioritizes, and cultivates relationships with key influencers at global and regional consultancy firms.
- Brand Advocacy & Education: Act as the primary technical and strategic ambassador to the consultant community. Conduct deep-dive sessions on Clearwater’s capabilities, including investment accounting, data aggregation, and reporting.
- RFP Pipeline Management: Systematically increase Clearwater’s "win rate" by ensuring consultants are equipped with the latest collateral, case studies, and roadmap updates to confidently recommend Clearwater during client searches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Sales and Product teams to align consultant feedback with product development and to coordinate "boots on the ground" efforts for specific regional opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the evolving needs of asset managers, insurance providers, and asset owners to provide feedback to the executive team on how Clearwater can better solve for industry-wide pain points.
- Event Leadership: Represent Clearwater at key industry conferences and host bespoke "Consultant Day" events to foster high-level networking and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Investment Management, with a proven track record in consultant relations or strategic partnerships.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the investment lifecycle, specifically accounting, risk, and regulatory reporting for institutional investors.
- Global Mindset: Experience managing relationships across both North American and European markets, with an understanding of regional regulatory nuances.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for C-suite influencers.
- Network: An existing book of contacts within the global investment consulting community (e.g., Mercer, Callan, Albourne, NEPC, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed to engage with global teams and partners.

Target technical and analytics roles
Clearwater Analytics's Green Card filings are concentrated in software engineering, data analytics, and investment technology roles. Focusing your application on these functions puts you in the strongest position for sponsorship consideration at this company.
Understand the Green Card timeline early
Green Card sponsorship at Clearwater Analytics typically begins after you've established yourself in a role. Asking about the company's PERM and I-140 process during later interview stages shows seriousness without putting off hiring managers too early.
Demonstrate long-term commitment
Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year investment for any employer. Clearwater Analytics looks for candidates in investment analytics and fintech infrastructure who show genuine interest in growing with the company, not just obtaining status.
Use verified sponsorship data when applying
Not every open role at Clearwater Analytics will lead to Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on roles where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
Align your background with asset management needs
Clearwater Analytics serves institutional investors and asset managers. Candidates with domain knowledge in investment accounting, portfolio reporting, or financial data infrastructure are particularly well positioned for Green Card-eligible roles at this company.
Secure H-1B status first if you're outside the U.S.
Green Card sponsorship at Clearwater Analytics almost always follows initial H-1B visa sponsorship. If you're abroad, prioritizing companies willing to sponsor H-1B is the practical first step before pursuing permanent residence through an employer like Clearwater Analytics.
Clearwater Analytics Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Clearwater Analytics sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Clearwater Analytics sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees. The company has a documented history of filing Green Card petitions, particularly for professionals in technical and investment analytics functions. Sponsorship is typically offered after a period of employment, and the process is employer-driven rather than initiated by the applicant.
Which roles at Clearwater Analytics are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Clearwater Analytics is most common in software engineering, data engineering, and investment analytics roles. These positions align with the company's core product in cloud-based investment accounting and reporting. Corporate functions such as finance or operations are less frequently sponsored, though exceptions exist depending on seniority and business need.
How does the Green Card application process work at Clearwater Analytics?
Clearwater Analytics sponsors Green Card visas primarily through the employment-based preference categories, which require the company to file a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor before submitting an I-140 immigrant petition to USCIS. The process is managed by the company's immigration counsel, and employees are typically notified and guided through each stage after eligibility is confirmed internally.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Clearwater Analytics?
The full Green Card process through an employer like Clearwater Analytics generally takes several years from the PERM filing stage to receiving a Green Card, depending on your country of birth and the preference category your role qualifies under. Indian and Chinese nationals face significantly longer waits due to per-country backlogs. Starting the process as early as possible in your employment is strongly advisable.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Clearwater Analytics that are open to sponsorship?
Job postings rarely specify Green Card sponsorship eligibility directly, which makes it difficult to know which openings are genuinely viable. Migrate Mate aggregates jobs from verified Green Card sponsors, including Clearwater Analytics, so you can identify roles where sponsorship is part of the employer's established practice rather than guessing from a generic job board listing.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Clearwater Analytics?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
