Job Roles at Kerry
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Kerry Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with a technical or scientific foundation
Kerry's Green Card sponsorships tend to concentrate in food science, flavor technology, process engineering, and R&D. Applying to roles where specialized expertise is clearly required strengthens your case for employer-sponsored permanent residence from the start.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Most Kerry Green Card sponsorships begin with PERM, where the Department of Labor must certify no qualified U.S. workers are available. Knowing this process helps you set realistic expectations and ask informed questions during the interview stage.
Raise Green Card intent at the right moment
Bring up long-term sponsorship interest after receiving an offer, not during early interviews. Kerry's HR and legal teams handle immigration decisions internally, so demonstrating genuine career commitment first puts you in a stronger position to have that conversation.
Look for roles already tied to existing visa sponsorship
Positions Kerry has previously sponsored on H-1B, E-3, or TN visas often transition to Green Card sponsorship for strong performers. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your search on proven opportunities.
Research Kerry's U.S. locations with larger technical teams
Kerry operates multiple U.S. facilities focused on food ingredients and taste solutions. Sites with larger R&D, manufacturing engineering, or quality assurance teams typically generate more Green Card filings, making them higher-priority targets for your applications.
Align your experience with Kerry's core Food & Beverage priorities
Kerry invests heavily in taste, nutrition, and functional ingredients. Framing your background around food innovation, regulatory compliance, or supply chain optimization signals long-term value to the business, which is what employers weigh when committing to a multi-year Green Card process.

Does Kerry sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Kerry sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees in the United States. Sponsorships are most common in technical, scientific, and engineering roles tied to Kerry's core Food & Beverage business. Sponsorship is typically offered after an employee has demonstrated strong performance, and it follows the standard PERM labor certification pathway in most cases.
Which roles and departments at Kerry are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Kerry is most frequently associated with food scientists, flavor chemists, process engineers, quality assurance specialists, and regulatory affairs professionals. Corporate functions such as finance, IT, and supply chain can also qualify depending on the complexity of the role and whether it meets specialty occupation or skilled worker criteria under EB-2 or EB-3 classifications.
How does the Green Card application process work at Kerry?
Kerry typically follows the employment-based Green Card process beginning with PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Once the priority date becomes current, employees can apply for adjustment of status or consular processing. Kerry works with immigration counsel to manage filings, and timelines depend on the visa category and country of birth.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through Kerry?
The timeline varies significantly based on your country of birth and the Green Card category. Applicants born outside of high-demand countries may see the full process completed in two to four years. For applicants born in India or China, EB-2 and EB-3 backlogs can extend the wait considerably longer. It's worth discussing your specific situation with Kerry's immigration team and an independent attorney.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Kerry that include sponsorship?
Start by searching Kerry's careers page and filtering for U.S.-based roles in technical or scientific disciplines. Migrate Mate is also a useful resource because it verifies which employers have a documented history of Green Card sponsorship, letting you identify Kerry openings with confidence that sponsorship is genuinely on the table rather than a vague possibility.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Kerry?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
