Job Roles at Lennox International
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Lennox International Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and technical roles
Lennox International's Green Card sponsorship is concentrated in engineering, product development, and manufacturing technology functions. Applying to roles that require specialized technical credentials gives you the strongest chance of qualifying for permanent residency support.
Confirm sponsorship intent early in the process
During interviews or recruiter conversations, ask directly whether the role is eligible for Green Card sponsorship. Lennox's HR and talent acquisition teams can clarify which positions have an established pathway before you invest further in the process.
Understand the EB-2 versus EB-3 distinction
Lennox International files Green Cards under both EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Roles requiring advanced degrees or exceptional expertise typically fall under EB-2, while positions emphasizing skilled trade or bachelor's-level qualifications often go through EB-3 PERM.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship roles
Not every Lennox job listing makes sponsorship eligibility obvious. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which Lennox openings have a documented Green Card track record.
Get your H-1B status in order before pursuing Green Card
Most Lennox International Green Card cases begin while the employee is already working on an H-1B. Maintaining valid H-1B status throughout the PERM and I-140 stages is essential, so monitor your petition expiry dates carefully.
Build tenure before initiating the Green Card conversation
Lennox International, like most manufacturers, typically initiates Green Card sponsorship after an employee has demonstrated performance and long-term fit. Establishing yourself in the role before raising the conversation improves your likelihood of receiving sponsorship support.

Does Lennox International sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Lennox International sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company files petitions under both EB-2 and EB-3 categories, primarily for engineering, manufacturing, and technology professionals. Sponsorship is typically offered to employees already working at Lennox rather than extended as a pre-hire commitment to external candidates.
Which roles and departments at Lennox International are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Lennox International is most common in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, as well as product development and manufacturing operations roles. Corporate functions like IT and data analytics may also qualify. Positions requiring specialized technical knowledge that is difficult to fill domestically tend to be the strongest candidates for sponsorship.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Lennox International?
Lennox International manages Green Card cases through its HR and legal teams, typically engaging an external immigration law firm to handle PERM labor certification, I-140 petition filing, and adjustment of status or consular processing. As the sponsored employee, your primary responsibilities are providing documentation and responding promptly to any requests from the immigration attorney handling your case.
How long does the Green Card process typically take at Lennox International?
The timeline depends on your visa category and country of birth. The PERM labor certification stage alone can take six months to over a year. EB-2 and EB-3 petitions then move through USCIS, and if your priority date is current, adjustment of status can add additional months. Applicants born in India or China should expect significantly longer waits due to visa backlogs.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Lennox International?
Start by identifying roles in engineering, manufacturing, and technology on Lennox's careers page, then verify sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter. Migrate Mate can help you cross-reference Lennox International's sponsorship history so you approach the right openings with confidence. Being transparent about your Green Card needs early in the conversation saves time for both you and the hiring team.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Lennox International?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
