Job Roles at Lexington Health
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Lexington Health Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with clear licensure requirements
Lexington Health's Green Card sponsorships tend to concentrate in licensed clinical roles where a specific degree and credential are required. Pursuing positions with defined professional requirements strengthens your case for EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility from the outset.
Understand which Green Card category fits your background
Lexington Health sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. EB-2 suits advanced-degree clinical professionals, while EB-3 is common for skilled healthcare roles. Clarifying which category applies to your credentials before applying helps you ask the right questions during interviews.
Raise Green Card sponsorship early in the hiring process
Healthcare employers like Lexington Health are accustomed to sponsorship conversations, but timing matters. Bringing up your Green Card needs before an offer is extended gives the employer time to assess their immigration resources and avoids surprises at the offer stage.
Ask specifically about PERM labor certification experience
The EB-3 pathway requires PERM labor certification, which can be a lengthy process. Ask Lexington Health's HR team whether they work with an immigration attorney in-house or through a retained firm, so you understand how they manage the process.

Does Lexington Health sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Lexington Health sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying roles in the Healthcare and Medical Services sector. The company files through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories, which are the standard pathways for skilled and professional healthcare workers seeking permanent residence in the United States.
Which roles at Lexington Health are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Lexington Health is most common in licensed clinical and allied health roles where a specific degree or professional credential is required for the position. Roles that map cleanly to EB-2 or EB-3 specialty occupation criteria, such as those requiring a defined field of study, tend to be the strongest candidates for sponsorship.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Lexington Health?
The process typically begins after you've accepted an offer. Lexington Health works with immigration counsel to file a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide documentation supporting your qualifications. Staying in close contact with the HR and legal team throughout helps the process move efficiently.
How long does the Green Card process take when sponsored by Lexington Health?
The timeline depends on your country of birth and the visa category. PERM labor certification alone can take anywhere from several months to over a year. After that, I-140 adjudication and visa availability add additional time. If you were born in a high-demand country like India or China, priority date backlogs can significantly extend the overall timeline.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Lexington Health?
Start by searching for open roles at Lexington Health that align with your clinical or healthcare background. Migrate Mate lists verified Green Card sponsors and lets you filter by company and visa type, so you can confirm Lexington Health is actively sponsoring before you invest time in an application. Always confirm sponsorship eligibility with the recruiter before accepting an offer.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Lexington Health?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
