Match your credentials to EB pathway requirements
EB-2 requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability; EB-3 covers professionals with a standard bachelor's degree. At OneWell Health Care, consulting and advisory roles often align with EB-2, so document your graduate credentials and any specialized certifications before applying.
Audit your prevailing wage before negotiating
OneWell Health Care's PERM filing must certify that your offered salary meets the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. Run your target job title through the OFLC Wage Search before salary discussions so you know the floor and can negotiate from an informed position.
Ask about PERM labor certification timelines during interviews
PERM is the mandatory DOL recruitment-and-certification step before most EB-2 and EB-3 filings. At consulting firms, the process can run six to twelve months on top of USCIS adjudication time, so confirm whether OneWell Health Care has initiated or completed PERM for similar roles before you accept an offer.
Target roles with specialized occupation classifications
Green Card sponsorship at consulting organizations like OneWell Health Care is most common for roles with narrow, degree-specific job duties. Use O*NET to identify the SOC code for your target position and verify the job description requires specialized knowledge that supports an EB-2 specialty occupation argument.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm OneWell's sponsorship history
Before investing time in an application, verify OneWell Health Care's actual Green Card filing activity by occupation. Migrate Mate surfaces DOL Labor Condition Application and PERM disclosure data so you can see which roles the company has historically sponsored and align your candidacy accordingly.
Secure written sponsorship commitment before resigning
Consulting firms regularly restructure teams, which can stall or cancel in-progress Green Card petitions. Get a written sponsorship commitment specifying the intended pathway, PERM filing timeline, and what happens to your case if your role changes or is eliminated before USCIS adjudication completes.
OneWell Health Care Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does OneWell Health Care sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, OneWell Health Care sponsors Green Cards for eligible employees in consulting and professional services roles. Sponsorship is offered through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based immigrant visa categories. Candidates are typically considered for sponsorship after demonstrating strong performance and a clear long-term fit within the organization.
Which roles at OneWell Health Care are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Sponsorship at OneWell Health Care is most common for specialized consulting, healthcare advisory, and professional services positions that require a relevant bachelor's or advanced degree. Roles with clearly defined specialty occupation duties tend to align best with EB-2 criteria, while EB-3 can cover a broader range of professional positions.
How do I understand the Green Card application process at OneWell Health Care?
The process typically begins with PERM labor certification filed with the DOL, which requires OneWell Health Care to complete a formal recruitment test and certify no qualified U.S. workers were displaced. After PERM approval, the company files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Once approved and a visa number is available, you file for adjustment of status or consular processing.
How long does the Green Card process take at a company like OneWell Health Care?
Total timelines vary significantly based on your country of birth and the visa category. PERM labor certification alone can take six to twelve months, followed by USCIS adjudication of the I-140. If your priority date is current, adjustment of status adds additional months. Applicants born in countries with high demand for employment-based visas may face substantially longer waits.
How do I find Green Card jobs at OneWell Health Care on Migrate Mate?
Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa sponsorship type, including Green Card, so you can view roles at OneWell Health Care that match your immigration needs directly. You can also review the company's PERM and EB filing history by occupation to identify which teams are actively sponsoring, helping you prioritize your outreach before applying.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at OneWell Health Care?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
