Our industry leading segmentation and AI-driven matching technologies help consumers find better solutions and brands faster. They allow brands to target and reach in-market customer prospects with pinpoint segment-by-segment accuracy, and to pay only for performance results.
Our campaign-results-driven matching decision engines and optimization algorithms are built from over 20 years and billions of dollars of online media experience.
We believe in:
- The direct measurability of digital media.
- Performance marketing. (We pioneered it.)
- The advantages of technology.
We bring all this together to deliver truly great results for consumers and brands in the world's biggest channel.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building and scaling a high-impact consumer fintech marketplace that connects millions of users with financial products tailored to their needs. As a Product Manager, you'll own critical parts of the user journey—from initial onboarding to offer experiences—and help drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue.
This is a highly hands-on, data-driven role where you'll run experiments, ship features, and directly influence business outcomes. You'll work at the intersection of growth, user experience, and marketplace dynamics, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive experimentation across core product surfaces (form flow, offer pages, monetization experiences)
- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, revenue per user) to identify opportunities
- Partner with Design to simplify and improve decision-making experiences for users
- Collaborate with Engineering to scope, build, and launch high-impact features
- Support expansion into new product verticals and monetization strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, or a related role
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to inform decisions
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects from idea to execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Curiosity and interest in fintech, marketplaces, or growth-focused product work
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.

Job Roles at QuinStreet
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in QuinStreet Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with technical or analytical depth
QuinStreet's Green Card sponsorship tends to follow roles requiring specialized skills in data, engineering, or digital performance marketing. Prioritize applications for positions where your technical background clearly differentiates you from candidates who don't require sponsorship.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Green Card sponsorship at consulting and performance marketing firms like QuinStreet begins with PERM, a Department of Labor process that can take a year or more before USCIS even receives your petition. Ask your recruiter early about where the company stands on initiating this process.
Raise sponsorship during the offer stage, not before
At companies like QuinStreet, Green Card discussions are most productive after you've demonstrated value and have a concrete offer in hand. Bringing it up too early in the process can stall conversations before hiring managers have committed to you.
Verify QuinStreet's sponsorship history before applying
Not every open role at QuinStreet will include Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on positions where Green Card support has actually been extended.
Build internal relationships in your first year
Green Card sponsorship in professional services environments like QuinStreet often depends on your direct manager and HR business partner advocating for you. Establishing a strong performance record and open communication about your immigration timeline improves your odds significantly.
Clarify whether your role supports EB-2 or EB-3 classification
QuinStreet's immigration team will assess whether your position qualifies under the EB-2 or EB-3 preference category based on the job's educational requirements. Understanding which category applies to your role helps you set realistic expectations for wait times and process length.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does QuinStreet sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, QuinStreet does sponsor Green Card visas for qualifying employees. Sponsorship is selective and typically reserved for professionals in specialized technical, data, and digital marketing functions where the company has a documented need for the specific skills you bring. Not every role will include Green Card sponsorship, so it's worth confirming with the recruiter before advancing.
Which roles and departments at QuinStreet are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at QuinStreet is most common in roles requiring specialized expertise, particularly in software engineering, data science, performance marketing analytics, and product development. Positions that clearly require a degree in a specific field and where QuinStreet cannot easily source equivalent candidates domestically are the strongest candidates for sponsorship consideration.
How does the Green Card application process work at QuinStreet?
QuinStreet's Green Card process typically begins with PERM labor certification, where the company must demonstrate through a recruitment process that no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. Once PERM is certified, QuinStreet files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. If your priority date is current, you can then apply to adjust your status or go through consular processing.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through QuinStreet?
The timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the EB category your role falls under. The PERM and I-140 stages alone can take one to two years. Nationals of India and China face significantly longer waits due to visa backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, sometimes stretching a decade or more. Nationals of most other countries generally wait far less.
How do I find open Green Card sponsorship jobs at QuinStreet?
Not all job postings explicitly state that Green Card sponsorship is available, which makes it difficult to identify the right opportunities from standard job boards. Migrate Mate aggregates verified Green Card sponsoring employers so you can search QuinStreet's open roles with confidence that sponsorship history has been confirmed. Reaching out directly to QuinStreet's talent acquisition team to ask about sponsorship for a specific role is also an effective approach.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at QuinStreet?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
