You are a self-starter who can work independently and with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment. Ensuring the safety of our people and workplace, making sure to keep up-time of equipment per the System Level Equipment (SLE).

- Work with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Microsoft Suite, Google Suite.
- Identify and troubleshoot material handling equipment that impacts facility product flow.
- Develop positive cross functional internal and external relationships with focus on delivering targeted results that improve the overall occupancy experience, operating efficiency and site reliability.
- Conduct routine repairs/tasks with tools and equipment.
- Perform associated tasks on 3 phase electrical systems under 600 volts, critical preventive maintenance predictive maintenance, drive unit and component rebuilds.
- PLC/controls a plus.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of MHE and automation in a distribution environment.
- Ability to work, plan, and prioritize independently and in a cross functional team.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills inclusive of exercising good judgment.
- Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management.
- Learn and apply working knowledge of related work area processes and procedures.
- Availability to work weekends.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $31.53-$34.00.
