Job Roles at UG2
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in UG2 Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with technical or supervisory depth
UG2's Green Card sponsorships tend to cluster around skilled technical and management positions in facilities services. Focus your applications on roles like operations managers, facilities supervisors, and engineering technicians where employer investment in long-term retention is strongest.
Understand the EB-2 vs. EB-3 distinction before applying
UG2 files under both EB-2 and EB-3 categories. EB-2 generally requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers. Knowing which category fits your background helps you frame your application and manage timeline expectations from the start.
Ask about Green Card sponsorship during the offer stage
Facilities services companies like UG2 often reserve sponsorship conversations for candidates who have already demonstrated strong fit. Raise Green Card sponsorship directly during offer negotiations rather than early in the interview process to avoid screening yourself out prematurely.
Demonstrate long-term commitment to the facilities industry
UG2 sponsors Green Cards as a retention tool. Emphasize your career trajectory in facilities management, property services, or related fields. Employers in this sector are more likely to invest in sponsorship for candidates who signal they plan to grow within the industry long term.
Use verified sponsorship data to find open roles
Not every job listing at UG2 will explicitly mention Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which UG2 openings are realistically connected to Green Card pathways before you apply.
Prepare for the PERM labor certification process
Most EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards require PERM labor certification before USCIS filing, which involves employer-driven recruitment documentation. Understanding this step helps you have informed conversations with UG2's HR team and sets realistic expectations for the timeline ahead.

Does UG2 sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, UG2 does sponsor Green Card visas. The company files under both EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, primarily for roles in facilities management and property services. Sponsorship is not offered for every open position, so it's worth confirming directly with the hiring team during the offer stage.
Which roles at UG2 are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at UG2 is most commonly associated with skilled technical and management roles, including facilities managers, operations supervisors, and engineering staff. Positions requiring specialized expertise or where UG2 has demonstrated difficulty finding qualified local candidates are typically the strongest candidates for PERM-based sponsorship.
How does the Green Card application process work at UG2?
UG2's Green Card process typically follows the PERM labor certification route. The employer first conducts a supervised recruitment effort documented for the Department of Labor, then files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Once approved, the employee applies for adjustment of status or consular processing depending on their current immigration situation.
How long does the Green Card process take at UG2?
The timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the visa category. PERM labor certification alone can take many months, followed by USCIS processing of the I-140 petition. Applicants born in India or China may face significantly longer waits due to per-country backlogs. Budget at minimum one to several years from start to Green Card approval.
How do I find Green Card jobs at UG2 that include sponsorship?
UG2 doesn't always label job postings with sponsorship details, which makes it harder to identify the right openings. Migrate Mate tracks verified Green Card sponsorship history by employer, so you can filter UG2 listings by actual filing activity rather than relying solely on what the job description says. This saves time and improves your targeting.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at UG2?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
