Target technical and cybersecurity roles
Armis operates in the consulting and professional services space with a strong technology focus. H-1B sponsorship at Armis is most likely for specialized roles in cybersecurity, software engineering, and technical consulting where niche expertise is the hiring driver.
Confirm sponsorship willingness before applying
Not every open role at Armis will come with H-1B sponsorship. Reach out to the recruiter early in the process to confirm the position is open to sponsorship candidates before investing time in applications and interviews.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history
Migrate Mate surfaces verified H-1B sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Searching Armis on Migrate Mate helps you identify which roles have historically supported H-1B and approach applications with more confidence.
Align your application to specialty occupation standards
H-1B approval at Armis, as in all consulting and professional services firms, depends on demonstrating your role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Ensure your resume clearly connects your degree field to the specific technical responsibilities of the position.
Understand the H-1B lottery timing before you apply
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, Armis must register you in the annual lottery by March. Aligning your job search timeline to land an offer before the registration window opens is critical for cap-subject candidates.
Highlight domain expertise relevant to Armis's work
Armis focuses on asset intelligence and cybersecurity in enterprise environments. Candidates with hands-on experience in OT security, network security, or enterprise consulting are better positioned to secure both the offer and the sponsorship conversation.
armis H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does armis sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Armis does sponsor H-1B visas. The company operates in the cybersecurity and professional services space and supports H-1B sponsorship for qualified candidates in technical roles. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every position, so confirming directly with the recruiter early in the hiring process is the most reliable approach.
Which roles at armis are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Armis is most commonly associated with specialized technical and consulting roles, including cybersecurity engineers, software developers, solutions architects, and technical consultants. Roles that require a specific degree in a relevant field and involve complex, specialized work are the strongest candidates for H-1B support.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at armis?
Once Armis extends an offer and confirms sponsorship, the company works with an immigration attorney to file your H-1B petition with USCIS. If you're cap-subject, your employer must register you in the annual lottery in March. After selection, the petition is filed, and you can begin work on October 1 of that year.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at armis?
For cap-subject H-1B cases, the full timeline from lottery registration to employment start spans roughly six to seven months. Standard USCIS processing after filing takes three to six months, while premium processing shortens adjudication to around fifteen business days. Armis's specific use of premium processing depends on business need and individual circumstances.
How do I find H-1B jobs at armis as an international candidate?
Start by searching for open roles at Armis that align with your technical background. Migrate Mate lets you filter for verified H-1B sponsors so you can focus your search on employers with a real sponsorship track record. When you find a relevant Armis role, confirm sponsorship availability with the recruiter before progressing through interviews.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at armis?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
