Align your resume to SOC codes
Artech files H-1B petitions under specific Standard Occupational Classification codes that map to their staffing contracts. Pull the O*NET profile for your target role and mirror its language in your resume so your credentials align with how Artech classifies the position for DOL purposes.
Verify prevailing wage before negotiating
Before accepting an offer from Artech, run your target job title and location through the OFLC Wage Search. H-1B regulations require your salary to meet the prevailing wage for that role and geography, so knowing the floor prevents you from negotiating yourself into a noncompliant offer.
Target Artech's direct-hire technology contracts
Artech operates across both staffing and direct-hire models. Roles tied to long-term technology contracts with end clients carry more stable H-1B sponsorship than short-cycle placements. Ask your recruiter whether the role is client-embedded or project-based before advancing through the interview process.
Confirm E-Verify enrollment before accepting
STEM OPT extensions require your employer to be enrolled in E-Verify. If you're transitioning from OPT to H-1B at Artech, confirm their E-Verify status during the offer stage so there's no gap in work authorization while USCIS processes your cap-subject petition.
Use Migrate Mate to check Artech's LCA history
Migrate Mate surfaces Artech's Labor Condition Application filing history by role and location, so you can see which job titles they've sponsored before and what wage levels they've certified. Use that data to target the right teams and validate that your offer aligns with their filing patterns.
Prepare for the 60-day grace period risk
If Artech ends your employment before your H-1B expires, you have a 60-day grace period to find a new sponsor or change status. Clarify contract length and renewal expectations upfront so you're not caught without a transition plan in a staffing model where project durations vary.
Artech, LLC H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Artech, LLC sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Artech, LLC sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established record of filing H-1B petitions for roles in technology staffing and software solutions, including software engineers, IT consultants, and systems analysts. Sponsorship is typically tied to specific client engagements or direct-hire positions, so availability can vary by project and location.
Which roles at Artech, LLC typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
Artech most consistently sponsors H-1B visas for technology-focused roles, including software developers, data analysts, systems engineers, and IT project managers. Positions tied to long-term client contracts in enterprise technology environments tend to have stronger sponsorship support than short-cycle staffing placements. Confirming the role type with your recruiter before applying helps set accurate expectations.
How do I navigate the H-1B filing process at Artech, LLC?
Once Artech extends a job offer, their immigration team or a partnered attorney files a Labor Condition Application with DOL, then submits the H-1B petition to USCIS after cap registration. You'll need to provide educational credentials, employment documentation, and passport details. USCIS processes cap-subject petitions starting October 1 each fiscal year, so offer timing relative to the lottery matters significantly.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Artech, LLC?
The H-1B timeline at Artech follows the standard federal process. Cap-subject petitions require lottery registration in March, with petition filing following selection. Standard USCIS processing can run several months, though premium processing is available for a faster decision. End-to-end from offer to work start typically spans several months depending on your current status and the processing option selected.
How do I find open H-1B roles at Artech, LLC?
Migrate Mate lists Artech, LLC's H-1B sponsorship jobs and surfaces their Labor Condition Application filing history by role and location, so you can identify which positions they've sponsored and target your application accordingly. Cross-referencing active job postings with Artech's LCA history helps you focus on roles where sponsorship is most likely to be available.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Artech, LLC?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
