Position Summary
Evaluar, coordinar y realizar los cambios de bladders y los ajustes requeridos dentro de las líneas de producción en vulcanización con el objetivo de brindar el servicio óptimo al departamento de producción.
Responsibilities

Coordinar las llamadas por radio y los cambios de blader requeridos en el turno, solicitados por los departamentos a los que se le brinda servicio, para el correcto funcionamiento de la línea de producción.

Revisar e inspeccionar a inicios de turno las condiciones del vehiculo industrial que va utilizar, según la certificación respectiva. Completar el formato de inspección del equipo. En caso que el equipo no cumpla con la revisión, proceder e informar al Supervisor de Set-Up Vulcanización.

Inspeccionar y reparar cuando sea posible, el tooling (bladers, post-inflados, anillos y orings) antes y después de ser utilizados con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y requerimientos de la compañía.

Realizar los reportes de analisis causa raíz de las llantas scrap (llanta defectuosa) correspondientes al departamento de set up vulcanización, reportadas en el turno. Para brindar al supervisor de set-up vulcanización la justificación de lo sucedido.

Mantener las condiciones de 5's en el área de trabajo, para generar seguridad y orden en las tareas asignadas.

Conocer el funcionamiento y manejar correctamente la máquina de hielo seco, para la limpieza adecuada de los moldes en prensas vulcanizadoras.

Realizar tareas adicionales que el supervisor considere necesarias, para requirimientos del turno; como por ejemplo: dopado de blader en lineas de producción, pretratamiento de blader, armar y desarmar blader, cambiar y limpiar post-inflados.

Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree.
