Job Roles at Commure
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Commure H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and data roles first
Commure's core product is built on software infrastructure for healthcare providers. H-1B sponsorship at Commure is most consistent for software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning roles where specialized technical degrees are a clear requirement.
Understand the specialty occupation standard
H-1B eligibility at Commure depends on your role qualifying as a specialty occupation. Roles requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field, common across Commure's engineering and clinical informatics teams, meet this threshold most reliably.
Apply before H-1B lottery registration opens in March
Commure must register you for the H-1B lottery by mid-March each year. Start conversations with recruiters in January or February so there's time to evaluate your profile, complete paperwork, and submit your registration before the window closes.
Confirm sponsorship intent early in the process
Not every open role at Commure comes with guaranteed H-1B sponsorship. Ask the recruiter directly during your first call whether the position is approved for sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before you apply.
Highlight healthcare technology experience in your application
Commure operates at the intersection of software and clinical workflows. Candidates with experience in EHR systems, healthcare APIs, or clinical data interoperability are a stronger fit for the roles most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship at Commure.
Prepare for employer-side legal coordination
Commure works with immigration counsel to prepare H-1B petitions, including the Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor. Stay responsive during document collection and review stages, delays on your end can push the timeline past critical USCIS deadlines.

Does Commure sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Commure sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established sponsorship program and files petitions across its engineering, product, and data teams. Sponsorship is most consistently available for roles that require a specialized degree, which aligns with Commure's technical workforce in healthcare software and clinical infrastructure.
Which roles and departments at Commure typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Commure is most common in software engineering, data science, and product management. Roles tied to Commure's core platform work, including backend development, machine learning, and clinical data systems, involve degree-specific requirements that support specialty occupation classification, making them the strongest candidates for H-1B petitions.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Commure?
Once Commure extends an offer to a sponsored candidate, the company's immigration attorneys file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, then prepare and submit the H-1B petition to USCIS. Your role is to provide education records, employment history, and identity documents promptly. The process requires close coordination between you, Commure's HR team, and their legal counsel.
How do I estimate the H-1B timeline when applying to Commure?
The H-1B process follows a fixed annual calendar. Lottery registration opens in early March, with USCIS selecting registrants by late March. If selected, Commure's attorneys file your full petition by the April 1 deadline. Standard processing takes three to five months, with an October 1 start date. Premium processing is available to expedite adjudication to roughly 15 business days.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Commure as an international candidate?
Search for Commure's open roles and confirm sponsorship availability directly with recruiters before investing significant time in the process. Migrate Mate lets you search Commure and similar healthcare technology companies by verified sponsorship history, so you can prioritize applications to roles where H-1B sponsorship is a known part of the hiring package rather than an uncertain negotiation.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Commure?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
