How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Eliassen Group H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Understand how staffing firm sponsorship works
Eliassen Group sponsors H-1B visas as the employer of record, placing you at a client site. Confirm that your placement contract aligns with your H-1B petition's job duties and worksite location before accepting an offer.
Target roles that match your specialty occupation
Eliassen Group's H-1B sponsorships cluster around technology and consulting roles. Focus your applications on positions requiring a specific degree in your field, as these qualify most cleanly as specialty occupations under H-1B requirements.
Ask about the sponsorship process early
Recruiters at staffing firms handle many visa situations. Ask directly whether H-1B sponsorship is available for your specific role and confirm which entity will be the petitioning employer before moving through the interview process.
Verify the role before the H-1B lottery deadline
H-1B cap filings happen in March for an October start. Engage with Eliassen Group recruiters well before that window so your registration can be submitted on time. Late engagement often means waiting another full year.
Use a verified sponsor search to find open roles
Migrate Mate surfaces verified H-1B sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Searching there helps you identify Eliassen Group openings confirmed to support visa sponsorship rather than relying on job board descriptions alone.
Clarify worksite and end-client arrangements upfront
Staffing placements often involve third-party worksites, which require additional documentation in H-1B petitions. Ask Eliassen Group how it handles end-client letters and worksite changes, as these details directly affect your petition's approval odds.

Does Eliassen Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Eliassen Group sponsors H-1B visas. As a staffing and recruiting firm, it acts as the H-1B petitioning employer and places sponsored workers at client sites across industries. Sponsorship is most common for technology consulting, IT, and professional services roles where a specific degree requirement can be established.
Which roles at Eliassen Group are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Eliassen Group is concentrated in technology and consulting positions, including software engineers, data analysts, IT project managers, and systems consultants. Roles where a bachelor's degree in a specific field is a firm requirement, not just preferred, are the strongest candidates for H-1B approval.
How does the H-1B application process work at Eliassen Group?
Once you have a confirmed placement, Eliassen Group works with immigration counsel to prepare your H-1B petition. Because it operates as a staffing firm, the process also requires documentation from the end client confirming the worksite, job duties, and supervision arrangement. The petition is filed with USCIS after a certified Labor Condition Application is obtained from the Department of Labor.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Eliassen Group?
For cap-subject H-1B petitions, the timeline starts with lottery registration in March, with employment beginning October 1 if selected. Standard USCIS processing after selection takes several months, though premium processing can shorten that to around 15 business days. Plan for a process that spans at least six to eight months from registration to start date.
How do I improve my chances of getting H-1B sponsorship at Eliassen Group?
Engage with Eliassen Group recruiters well before the March H-1B registration window and confirm your target role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Migrate Mate can help you identify open positions at verified H-1B sponsors like Eliassen Group, so you can focus your search on roles with a confirmed path to sponsorship rather than uncertain listings.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Eliassen Group?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
