Target clinical and specialty roles
EVG Specialty Network's H-1B sponsorship tends to concentrate in roles requiring specialized veterinary or animal health expertise. Focus your applications on positions where your clinical background or technical credentials are directly relevant to their specialty care operations.
Confirm sponsorship before applying
Not every open role at EVG Specialty Network will include H-1B sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving you time before investing in a full application.
Highlight your specialty credentials upfront
EVG operates in a credentialed, license-driven industry. In your application materials, lead with relevant certifications, degrees, and clinical experience that demonstrate your specialty occupation qualifications clearly to the hiring and HR teams reviewing petitions.
Engage with the hiring team early
For H-1B sponsorship to move forward, the employer must initiate the petition process. Reaching out to EVG's recruiting contacts early to confirm willingness to sponsor before a formal offer can prevent delays later in the timeline.
Understand the LCA and prevailing wage requirement
EVG Specialty Network, like all H-1B sponsors, must file a Labor Condition Application certifying your offered wage meets prevailing wage standards for your role and location. Familiarize yourself with this step so you can address it confidently during negotiations.
Align your application with H-1B cap deadlines
If you need a new H-1B cap-subject visa, USCIS registration typically opens in March for an October start date. Work backward from that window when timing your outreach and applications to EVG Specialty Network's open positions.
EVG Specialty Network H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does EVG Specialty Network sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, EVG Specialty Network sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the animal care and veterinary specialty services industry, where certain clinical, technical, and operational roles qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B criteria. Sponsorship availability depends on the specific role and location, so confirming with the hiring team during your application process is recommended.
Which roles at EVG Specialty Network are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at EVG Specialty Network is most commonly associated with roles requiring specialized education in veterinary medicine, animal health sciences, or related technical fields. Clinical positions, specialty care roles, and positions demanding a specific degree in a defined field of study are the strongest candidates for sponsorship consideration.
How do I apply for a job at EVG Specialty Network with H-1B sponsorship?
Apply directly through EVG Specialty Network's careers page, clearly noting your H-1B sponsorship requirement in your application or during initial recruiter contact. Migrate Mate also lists verified H-1B sponsoring employers in animal care and related industries, helping you identify open roles where sponsorship is confirmed before you apply.
How do I know if a specific EVG Specialty Network job listing includes H-1B sponsorship?
Job listings do not always specify H-1B sponsorship explicitly. Contact the recruiter or hiring manager early in the process to confirm whether the role includes sponsorship. Filtering by verified H-1B sponsors on Migrate Mate can help you prioritize roles where sponsorship is already confirmed, reducing back-and-forth with employers.
What is the typical H-1B sponsorship timeline at EVG Specialty Network?
Once an offer is confirmed with sponsorship, EVG's legal team or immigration counsel typically prepares the Labor Condition Application and I-129 petition. Standard USCIS processing takes several months, while premium processing can reduce USCIS adjudication to a matter of weeks. Cap-subject applicants must also account for the annual lottery registration window, which opens each spring.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at EVG Specialty Network?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
