Verify your credential equivalency early
Licensing boards for physical and occupational therapists require foreign-trained applicants to complete a credential evaluation before Fox Rehabilitation can proceed with H-1B paperwork. Start this process at least six months before your target start date to avoid delays in the filing timeline.
Research Fox's active therapy service lines
Fox Rehabilitation focuses on geriatric-specific outpatient care, so tailor your application to roles in that model rather than general rehab settings. Highlighting experience with older adult populations, functional assessments, and community-based care signals direct fit with their clinical approach.
Understand the prevailing wage requirement before negotiating
Fox Rehabilitation's H-1B filing must certify your salary meets or exceeds the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage level for your specific occupation code before entering salary discussions so you negotiate from accurate benchmarks.
Confirm Fox's E-Verify enrollment before accepting an offer
H-1B employers must be enrolled in E-Verify to legally employ sponsored workers. Ask Fox Rehabilitation's HR team to confirm their E-Verify participation status during the offer stage, not after, so there are no compliance gaps on your start date.
Use Migrate Mate to track Fox's H-1B filing history
Before applying, use Migrate Mate to review Fox Rehabilitation's verified DOL Labor Condition Application data by role and location. This shows which therapy specializations they've sponsored and at what wage levels, so you can assess fit and prepare targeted application materials.
Align your cap-subject filing with the April USCIS window
If you're not currently in H-1B status, Fox Rehabilitation must file your petition during the annual H-1B cap registration period each March. Confirm your employment start date accounts for the October 1 effective date so onboarding plans don't conflict with USCIS processing timelines.
Fox Rehabilitation Physical, Occupational And Speech Therapy Services H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Fox Rehabilitation Physical, Occupational And Speech Therapy Services sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Fox Rehabilitation sponsors H-1B visas for licensed therapy professionals. The company's sponsorship activity is concentrated in clinical roles across its geriatric-focused outpatient rehabilitation model, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy positions. Sponsorship is typically tied to direct patient care roles requiring specialized licensure and a qualifying degree.
Which roles at Fox Rehabilitation are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Fox Rehabilitation is most commonly associated with licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. These roles meet the specialty occupation standard because they require at least a master's or doctoral degree in a directly related clinical field, which is a core H-1B eligibility requirement defined by USCIS.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Fox Rehabilitation?
Fox Rehabilitation's HR and legal team manages the H-1B filing process internally. After receiving an offer, they will initiate the Labor Condition Application with the DOL, certify prevailing wage compliance, and file the I-129 petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide your credential evaluations, licensure documentation, and educational transcripts promptly when requested.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at Fox Rehabilitation?
From offer acceptance to authorized start date, the H-1B process typically runs five to eight months for cap-subject applicants, given the annual registration window and October 1 start date. If you're transferring from an existing H-1B at another employer, Fox Rehabilitation can file a portability petition and you may be eligible to start sooner under cap-exempt transfer rules.
How do I find open H-1B roles at Fox Rehabilitation?
Migrate Mate lists Fox Rehabilitation's verified H-1B sponsoring positions and filters roles by therapy specialty and location. You can also search directly through Fox Rehabilitation's careers portal and filter for clinical therapy openings. When applying, note in your cover letter that you require H-1B sponsorship so recruiters can route your application to the appropriate HR contact from the start.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Fox Rehabilitation Physical, Occupational And Speech Therapy Services?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
