One of our core values is a growth mindset and Iterable is a company where everyone can grow. If this is a role that excites you, please do apply as we value applicants for the skills they bring beyond a job description.

Target engineering and technical roles first
Iterable's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in software engineering and technical product roles. Prioritize positions in backend development, platform infrastructure, or data engineering where H-1B sponsorship is most consistently extended within the technology industry.
Signal visa needs early in the process
Iterable's recruiting team needs time to coordinate H-1B filings with legal counsel. Mention your sponsorship requirement in your initial application or first recruiter conversation so they can assess feasibility before investing in a full interview process.
Understand the H-1B cap timeline
H-1B registrations open in March, with employment typically starting October 1. If you're interviewing at Iterable outside that window, ask whether a cap-exempt filing or change-of-status option applies to your current visa situation.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history
Before applying, confirm Iterable is actively sponsoring. Migrate Mate surfaces verified H-1B sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on companies with a genuine track record of filing.
Align your application to Iterable's product domain
Iterable builds cross-channel marketing automation software. Candidates whose experience touches SaaS platforms, API integrations, or growth engineering can frame their background in ways that directly match Iterable's technical hiring priorities.
Prepare for specialty occupation documentation
H-1B approval at any technology company requires demonstrating the role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Have your degree credentials, transcripts, and any foreign equivalency documentation ready, as Iterable's immigration counsel will need them to build a strong petition.
Iterable H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Iterable sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Iterable sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the technology and software sector and has a history of filing H-1B petitions for qualified candidates. Sponsorship is selective and typically tied to specialized technical roles where Iterable has an active hiring need, so availability varies by position and team.
Which roles and departments at Iterable are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Iterable is most commonly associated with software engineering, platform infrastructure, data engineering, and technical product management. These roles align with the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B approval. Roles in sales, marketing, or general operations are less frequently sponsored, though eligibility depends on the specific position and degree requirements.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process when applying to Iterable?
Once Iterable extends an offer, their immigration counsel files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by an H-1B petition with USCIS. You'll need to provide academic credentials, employment documentation, and passport details. The process is employer-driven, so your main responsibility is responding promptly to document requests and staying in contact with the recruiting team.
How do I plan my timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Iterable?
The standard H-1B cap runs on a federal fiscal year cycle, with USCIS accepting registrations in March for an October 1 start date. If you're already in H-1B status with another employer, a transfer can happen at any time. Plan your job search at Iterable with this calendar in mind and discuss timing with your recruiter early to avoid gaps in work authorization.
How do I find open H-1B-sponsored roles at Iterable?
Not every job listing specifies visa sponsorship, which makes it hard to know where to apply. Migrate Mate aggregates roles from verified H-1B sponsors, including Iterable, so you can search positions with confidence that the employer has an active sponsorship history. Filtering by verified sponsors saves significant time compared to applying broadly and asking about sponsorship after the fact.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Iterable?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
