Target engineering and AI roles
Latitude AI's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in software engineering, machine learning, and autonomous systems. Applying to roles in these core technical areas gives you the strongest chance of finding a position that qualifies for H-1B sponsorship.
Confirm sponsorship before applying
Not every open role at a technology company comes with H-1B sponsorship. Review each job posting carefully for sponsorship language, and use Migrate Mate to filter for Latitude AI roles with a verified H-1B sponsorship history before investing time in your application.
Apply ahead of the H-1B cap season
H-1B cap filings must be submitted in April for an October start date. Timing your job search to land an offer by late February or early March gives Latitude AI's legal team enough runway to prepare and file your petition on time.
Highlight specialized technical depth
Latitude AI's work in autonomous driving requires highly specialized knowledge. Demonstrating deep expertise in areas like sensor fusion, computer vision, or real-time systems strengthens the specialty occupation case the company must make in your H-1B petition.
Ask directly about the sponsorship process
During the offer or recruiter stage, ask Latitude AI specifically how they handle H-1B filings, whether they use an in-house immigration team or outside counsel, and whether premium processing is available. Getting clarity early prevents surprises later.
Latitude AI H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Latitude AI sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Latitude AI sponsors H-1B visas. As a technology company focused on autonomous driving, Latitude AI regularly hires international talent in technical roles and supports H-1B sponsorship as part of its hiring process. Sponsorship is most common for software engineering, machine learning, and autonomous systems positions.
Which roles and departments at Latitude AI are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Latitude AI is most common in software engineering, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, and related technical disciplines. These roles align with the specialty occupation requirements the H-1B demands. Program management and operations roles are less frequently sponsored, though exceptions exist depending on the specific position.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Latitude AI?
Once you receive an offer, Latitude AI typically works with an immigration attorney to file your H-1B petition. The process involves a Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-129 petition to USCIS. You'll need to provide educational credentials, employment history, and supporting documentation. Your recruiter or HR contact will coordinate the timeline.
How do I find current H-1B sponsorship jobs at Latitude AI?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to search for verified H-1B sponsorship roles at Latitude AI. It surfaces positions from confirmed sponsors so you can filter specifically for Latitude AI openings with a real sponsorship track record, saving time you'd otherwise spend sifting through job boards that don't verify sponsorship status.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at Latitude AI?
The standard H-1B timeline runs from April filing to an October 1 start date, roughly six months. If Latitude AI opts for premium processing, USCIS guarantees a decision within 15 business days. For candidates already on F-1 OPT, there may be options to bridge the gap between OPT expiration and the H-1B start date using a cap-gap extension.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Latitude AI?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
