Target technical and professional roles
Loenbro's H-1B sponsorships concentrate in consulting and professional services functions. Focus your applications on specialized roles requiring specific technical expertise, where visa sponsorship is a more natural fit for the company's hiring needs.
Confirm sponsorship eligibility early
Before investing time in the application process, reach out to Loenbro's recruiting team directly to confirm H-1B sponsorship is available for your specific role. Sponsorship availability can vary by department and hiring cycle.
Understand the H-1B cap timeline
Loenbro must file your H-1B petition before the annual April cap deadline for an October start date. Discuss this timeline with your recruiter early so the offer, LCA filing, and I-129 petition stay on schedule.
Use verified sponsorship data to find open roles
When searching for Loenbro H-1B jobs, use a platform with verified sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving you from applying to roles that won't support visa sponsorship.
Align your degree to the role clearly
H-1B approval requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation with a direct degree requirement. For consulting and professional services positions at Loenbro, make sure your degree field aligns specifically with the job description presented to USCIS.
Prepare documentation well in advance
Loenbro's HR team will need your degree transcripts, credentials, and employment history to support the petition. Gathering these documents before you receive an offer speeds up the LCA and I-129 filing process considerably.
Loenbro H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Loenbro sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Loenbro does sponsor H-1B visas. The company has a record of supporting international workers in consulting and professional services roles. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every open position, so confirming availability with the recruiting team before applying is the most reliable approach.
Which roles at Loenbro are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Loenbro tends to be concentrated in technical and specialized professional roles within consulting and professional services. Positions requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a defined field are the strongest candidates, as these meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard most clearly.
How do I apply for H-1B sponsorship at Loenbro?
The process begins with a job offer. Once Loenbro extends an offer, their HR or immigration team works with an immigration attorney to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the I-129 petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide supporting documents like transcripts and prior employment records.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Loenbro that are open to sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find Loenbro H-1B roles confirmed through real sponsorship history, rather than relying on job postings that may not specify visa support. You can also apply directly through Loenbro's careers page and ask the recruiter about sponsorship availability during the initial screening call.
What is the typical timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Loenbro?
From offer to H-1B start date, expect a minimum of six to nine months under regular processing, assuming your petition is filed before the April cap deadline for an October 1 start. Premium processing can reduce the USCIS adjudication window to a few weeks, but the overall timeline still depends on when in the cap year your offer arrives.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Loenbro?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
