Target roles aligned with H-1B specialty occupation standards
MB2 Dental's H-1B sponsorship concentrates on positions requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Focus your applications on clinical, analytical, or corporate roles where your degree field directly matches the job description to strengthen your petition.
Understand the holding company structure before applying
MB2 Dental operates as a dental support organization under a holding company model. Roles sponsored for H-1B often sit within corporate functions like finance, operations, or IT rather than exclusively at individual practice locations.
Raise sponsorship early in the interview process
Don't wait until an offer is extended to discuss H-1B sponsorship. Confirm during the initial recruiter conversation that the specific role and department have a history of sponsoring, so you avoid investing time in a process that won't support your visa.
Use verified sponsorship data to identify open roles
Finding roles at H-1B sponsors takes more than a job board search. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on MB2 Dental openings most likely to support an H-1B petition.
Align your application timeline with the H-1B cap season
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start. If you're applying to MB2 Dental, factor this into your job search timeline and confirm with the recruiter whether the role falls under the cap or a cap-exempt category.
Document the degree-to-role connection clearly in your application materials
For H-1B approval, USCIS scrutinizes whether your specific degree supports the offered position. When applying at MB2 Dental, tailor your resume and cover letter to make the connection between your academic background and the role unmistakably clear.
MB2 Dental H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does MB2 Dental sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, MB2 Dental sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles within its dental support organization. Sponsorship is not blanket across all positions. It tends to be concentrated in corporate, clinical, and specialized support functions where the role meets USCIS specialty occupation standards. Confirming sponsorship availability for the specific role you are applying to is recommended before proceeding.
Which roles at MB2 Dental are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at MB2 Dental is most common in roles requiring a specific professional or technical degree, such as positions in finance, information technology, operations, or clinical support. General administrative or entry-level roles without a defined degree requirement are less likely to qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B standards.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at MB2 Dental?
Once MB2 Dental extends a job offer and confirms H-1B sponsorship, their legal or HR team initiates the petition process, which includes filing a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and then submitting Form I-129 to USCIS. You should clarify early whether they use an in-house immigration team or outside counsel and what documentation they will need from you.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at MB2 Dental?
Standard H-1B processing through USCIS can take several months, while premium processing typically delivers a decision within 15 business days for an additional fee. Cap-subject H-1B petitions at MB2 Dental must go through the annual lottery in March, with employment starting no earlier than October 1. Plan your timeline accordingly and discuss premium processing options with your recruiter.
How do I find open H-1B jobs at MB2 Dental?
The most efficient way to find H-1B roles at MB2 Dental is to search platforms that filter by verified sponsorship history. Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for roles at employers with confirmed H-1B sponsorship, so you can focus your applications on positions that have actually supported visa petitions rather than relying on employer self-reporting on general job boards.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at MB2 Dental?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
