About us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up. Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle. Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems. In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.
This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
About The Role
As a Provider Partnerships Manager (PPM), you’ll own and grow a provider referral territory by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers and their teams. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving patient referrals to Nourish through relationship-building, strategic territory growth, and consistent in-person engagement. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators; building trust, growing referral volume, and helping more patients access insurance-covered nutrition care. This role combines new business development with long-term account growth. Success comes from creating strong relationships, maintaining momentum within accounts, and consistently growing your territory over time. You’ll report directly to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-growing, high-performance team focused on transforming healthcare through better nutrition access.
Please note: This is a full-time field-based role and candidates must be located in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market
- Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius
- Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators
- Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up
- Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management, consistent follow-up, and strategic territory planning
- Become a trusted resource to providers by educating them on Nourish and the impact nutrition care can have on patient outcomes
- Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets
- Manage your territory like it’s your own business, balancing new business development with long-term account growth
- Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce
- Partner closely with leadership and teammates to share learnings, improve processes, and help scale the organization
About You
You’d be a great fit here if you are:
- Competitive and motivated by performance
- Energized by building relationships and earning trust quickly
- Excited by the challenge of growing accounts over time, not just making the first sale
- Comfortable hearing “no” and resilient enough to keep going
- Self-driven, resourceful, and excited by ownership
- Coachable and hungry to improve
- Adaptable in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Looking for an opportunity to grow their career quickly and make a meaningful impact
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, or other high-performance environments
- A track record of hitting goals, competing, or outperforming expectations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to spend most of your week in the field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities at once
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus, but not required
- Healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required. We’re most interested in people with strong work ethic, competitive drive, curiosity, and a desire to grow.

Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Nourish operates in healthcare technology and clinical services, so focus on roles requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher, software engineering, data science, clinical nutrition, or similar. Generic or administrative roles are less likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship.
Confirm sponsorship willingness before investing in the application process
Not every open role at Nourish will come with H-1B sponsorship. Ask the recruiter directly during your first conversation whether the position has budget and approval for visa sponsorship before spending time on interviews.
Understand that Nourish's H-1B process runs through an immigration attorney
Like most healthcare technology companies, Nourish works with outside immigration counsel to prepare H-1B petitions. Your role is to provide documentation promptly, degree certificates, transcripts, and employment verification move the process forward.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsoring employers in healthcare
Migrate Mate surfaces verified H-1B sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history rather than guessing. Searching within healthcare technology helps you identify companies like Nourish that have a track record of filing for international candidates.
Apply early enough to align with the H-1B cap timeline
If you need a new H-1B cap slot, Nourish must register in March for an October 1 start date. Time your job search and interviews so an offer can realistically be secured before the registration window opens each year.
Highlight clinical or technical depth that justifies specialty occupation status
Nourish works at the intersection of nutrition, clinical care, and technology. Demonstrating deep expertise in a specific field, not just general experience, strengthens the case that your role qualifies as a specialty occupation under H-1B requirements.
Nourish H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Nourish sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Nourish sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in healthcare technology and clinical services, and it has filed H-1B petitions for roles requiring specialized expertise in those areas. Sponsorship is not available for every open position, so confirming with the recruiter early in the process is important.
Which roles at Nourish are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Roles in software engineering, data and analytics, clinical nutrition, and healthcare product development are the most likely candidates for H-1B sponsorship at Nourish. These positions typically require a specific degree field, which satisfies the specialty occupation standard that H-1B petitions depend on.
How do I apply for a job at Nourish as an H-1B candidate?
Apply through Nourish's careers page and disclose your visa status clearly. During early recruiter conversations, confirm whether the role includes sponsorship. If it does, Nourish will work with immigration counsel to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and then submit the H-1B petition to USCIS. You can also find Nourish listings on Migrate Mate, which flags verified sponsoring employers.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at Nourish?
For cap-subject H-1B petitions, the timeline is set by the government cycle: registration in March, lottery results in late March or April, and a petition filed before June 30 for an October 1 start. Premium processing can reduce USCIS adjudication to a few weeks, but the overall calendar from offer to work authorization is several months.
What can I do to strengthen my H-1B sponsorship application at Nourish?
Make sure your degree field directly corresponds to the role you are applying for, since specialty occupation approval depends on that alignment. Gather transcripts, degree certificates, and any professional credentials in advance. Being responsive during the petition process matters, immigration counsel often work on tight deadlines, and delays in providing documents can affect filing timelines.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Nourish?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
