- Execute and refine test strategies to verify performance, reliability, and environmental robustness
- Investigate issues observed in the field or manufacturing, working with others to understand root causes and implement effective solutions
- Create clear and useful engineering documentation that supports team understanding and long-term product success
- Design, analyze, and test electrical circuits and subsystems to meet functional and performance requirements
- Support design verification activities across environmental and operational conditions (temperature, EMI/ESD, variation, aging, etc.)
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical discussions
- Support component selection, circuit layout input, and design tradeoff analysis
- Assist in sustaining activities including redesigns, obsolescence mitigation, and product improvements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product development, sustaining engineering, or manufacturing support
- Foundational experience with circuit design, analysis, and lab testing
- Exposure to user-facing product design considerations (usability, environmental constraints, compliance)
- Familiarity with ISO design controls or regulated development environments
- Experience supporting products in production or field environments

H-1B and Green Card sponsorship at manufacturing companies like Hach typically requires a direct connection between your degree field and the job's core duties. Make the relationship between your academic background and the open role explicit in your resume and cover letter.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship-eligible roles at Hach
Not all of Hach's job postings will explicitly mention visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify which Hach openings are genuinely accessible to international candidates.
If you're on F-1 OPT, approach Hach early in your job search

Canadian and Mexican professionals should explore the TN pathway
Hach sponsors TN visas, which offers an efficient, lottery-free option for eligible Canadian and Mexican professionals in qualifying occupations like engineering or scientific roles. If you hold citizenship in either country, prioritizing TN eligibility can significantly simplify your application process.
